Well, if the title is the question, how should I rub it so that I can write easily?

I originally wanted to reply directly to the article at the bottom of the@white ferret pen wide noodles,
But if you find yourself wanting to be crooked under other people's articles, it's better to post one yourself.

※ Warning: This article is stinky, boring and boring. I tried to mess with it, but it still became like this. There is no way to do it (╥﹏╥).

First of all, it is difficult for human beings to be completely rational and logical when thinking and making decisions.

Because human beings need to rely on emotions when judging and evaluating a thing,
Or use some less thoughtful rules of thumb (or "heuristics" ) to help us make judgments ( Tversky & Kahneman, 1983 ).

Human beings are prone to various biases when judging, including: verification bias, availability, representativeness, affection, and so on.
However, these cute little cognitive biases are not the focus of this article, so let's skip them and talk about them later.

This article is to talk about,
the author thinks,
How to easily and effectively grasp people's hearts, and even make it easy for everyone to remember you,
More even call the storm (?) (
Note 1) , run for president (and did not) .
Here, I propose that in two simple steps (of course there are many others, including various persuasion techniques and so on),
As well as the author's views and evaluations of these two-step techniques.

Appeal to emotions, not facts

Yes, this may sound frustrating,

However, resorting to emotions, in a way that promotes, provokes, or even incites others to have a certain emotion ,
Instead of discussing specific facts, citing relevant literature, or collecting real data,
It is easier to change a person's thinking and behavior.
And not to be specific, that is, to define facts, discuss facts, and cite relevant documents and data,
It can actually make things relatively easy.

Relevant examples are:
If we want a person to change their thoughts and behaviors so that they are motivated to perform more healthy habits,
Adopting the method of "fear appeal" can effectively restrain others and have influence.
What's more, German scholars De Wit, Das & Vet conducted experimental research in 2008 and pointed out that if you want to persuade people to change their unhealthy behaviors, it is more effective to use personal testimony than to present actual statistical probability figures .

also,
Those accompanied by emotions related memories are more likely to be remembered and recalled again
( LaBa & Cabeza, 2006 ).
For example: we can simply experiment to see, please try to recall quickly, talk about the most impressive things in your childhood,
Most of the things people say are accompanied by memories of emotional experiences (whether they are strong positive or negative emotions).

So if you just want others to remember you , instead of having rational, rigorous, and even scientific discussions,
Then let the people who read your words and creations have emotions.

No matter what kind of emotion it is,
Disgust, anger; disgusting, happy, moved, liked, stimulated, in fact,
Ignite people's emotions, or even resonate with people, the more likely they are to be remembered.

Words and creations that can arouse people's emotions can certainly make people impressive.
(Occasionally even the blood boils, eh? Think about it, One Piece Slam Dunk Conan Scooter!!!)
,
However, emotional writing, innuendo or metaphor,
For trying to reason rationally, discuss as objectively or logically as possible, scientifically verify, etc., it is extremely helpful
.
(Also, trying to discuss something logically and rigorously is not only hard, but also boring and boring , no one wants to see it,
→Yes, I wrote my master thesis in Diss, ◢▆▅▄▃collapse╰(〒〒)╯collapse▃▄▅▇◣)

Of course, there is a part of literary beauty and importance,
It is that literary creation can be insinuated, full of meaning and even thought-provoking,
For example: " Animal Farm" is a novel that I think is great. Different moods, ages and situations can have different perceptions.

Off topic:
I still remember watching Harry Potter episode seven years ago when Dobby died, and I almost cried;
But now I almost can't remember what I'm writing in my paper, what literature I'm citing...

False dichotomy, dividing you and me

Simple examples of these false dichotomies are as follows (see Note 2 for details):
If you don't support police enforcement, you just want to overthrow the country.
If you don't support the OO party, you agree with the XX party.
If you don't agree with me, it means you are against me.
If I'm making money, I can't create with intentions, I'm an evil, arrogant bad guy ( or evil bad sloth ).

Simplifying some issues into only two options, and ignoring an issue actually has more possible options, and it may even be a spectrum-like issue.

Only give people the option of choosing one or two, and it is very easy for people to choose, easy to choose,
(But in fact, this dichotomy is false, and there is clearly not only a dichotomy, a black-or-white choice.)
And people may also, because they think they have a choice ,
And gained a full sense of control and felt that I was quite right .

Differentiation "I (we) are kind and good people, you (we) are evil and bad people", such a black and white, easy and simple,
It can even allow each differentiated ethnic group to form and arouse a strong group identity;
It even further causes group polarization , which strengthens the strong and extreme views in the group ( Myers & Bishop, 1970 ), and reduces the possibility of critical thinking and rational decision-making.

It's very easy to divide groups

(For example, crazy labeling...? Welcome to a round of Ptt gossip/political black edition....?)

To resort to sensational, emotional, and even extreme words,
Perhaps easier than logical, factual discussions, and may gain more attention to discussions (or arguments).

However, in this way,
I have always doubted that society can be made to respect each other and function in harmony.

Finally, leave your own expectations

Most of the time, I think that I cannot be completely objective and rational ,
I must have biases and blind spots,
Of course, I also use emotions and past experience to judge a thing.
Of course, I also believe that emotions have a function (I think all kinds of emotions are useful to help people adapt and survive),
But I also agree that concrete, rational, logical discussion and critical thinking are indispensable and require constant learning.

Expect yourself not to confuse skepticism with cheap cynicism (see Note 2 for details),

hope for yourself,
Be as open and friendly as possible,
Accept and listen to the doubts of others, and see your own blind spots and mistakes.

Finally, I am also very curious to ask you,
In what ways do you help yourself to think critically/logically?

Note 1: When it comes to calling the wind and calling for the rain, my friend A is a woman who can call the wind and the rain , because I suspect that she is the god of rain, and it often rains when I go out with him =.=
Note 2: A related extended discussion of the false dichotomy, and the phrase "Don't confuse skepticism with cheap cynicism" is from the book Anti-Intelligence.
Note 3: Relevant literature is attached by link, cool, I will not organize it further.

I also want to hope that I will not gain weight no matter what I eat.
I want to hope that I can win 2.7 billion... Suddenly I feel that I am too lazy to expect too much...

Regardless, the dilemma I'm facing now is:

Should I have a late night snack or go to bed and wait for breakfast tomorrow?
