I just went back to Taiwan to write a thesis recently. I met a professor who started a business and sold skin care products and was asked to help with community marketing. The teacher thinks that I can give him a lot of help after being in Xiaomi, but there is still a gap between large companies and small companies. Many, the cost that Xiaomi has invested in many markets may not be for revenue, and a large part may be just for the brand.

 

Taking the Hong Kong market as an example, where there is Huawei, Xiaomi will also open stores, but they are often unable to compete with Huawei . Oppo's sales volume in Hong Kong is not as good as that of Huawei and Xiaomi, but the advertising fee is the most of the three . It may be because there are many foreign tourists in Hong Kong, so directly change the strategy. Effect.

Let's look at our small brand of skin care products. The online marketing budget for the first season is 50,000 yuan, excluding the value of the product for public relations. It seems to be full after listening to it, but for another company I am currently an intern at. Said that this is only enough for their online advertising budget for two days. Of course, direct conversion is not required at present. More is to open up popularity , but compared to other products, skin care products or cosmetics, word of mouth is more important, and it is difficult to go to Buy unknown products unless the price is very low.

I fully agree with what the teacher said in the previous class, a successful product requires a very low price, and if you want a horse, it is different. Since the teacher has already priced it at a high price, and has no plans to list the general open-shelf as a competitor, then We can only walk out of our own values. Currently, the communities we want to manage include FB and IG, and then we have our own official website. The current number of pageviews on the official website is about 100 per day. Facebook currently has 800 likes. IG is tracking The number of people is 100 and it has been operating for about two months (not by me!!).

Currently planning to hold an event in November and December (currently tentatively scheduled for Double Eleven and Christmas), the daily part may ask bloggers to open the box, and then cooperate with IG or Facebook's small net red to open the box And promotion (because the funds can only be hired by small Internet celebrities), but I really regret not running one when I see their quotation. Facebook has more than 2,000 likes and the quotation is up to 3,500 yuan... Of course, this is the comparison of quotations. High, but this is a one-time effect, and the conversion rate is not high, and it is still under careful planning!!!

The news I received recently is that the original editor was replaced by the teacher because I wrote too many canned articles, and then I became a cute editor... With no experience at all, I started my path of plagiarism and imitation , Of course, I haven't posted any articles yet, but I just started to do a competition survey to observe how other manufacturers operate.

Moreover , the positioning and core advantages of our products have not yet been discussed. It seems that the teacher is really an economics expert, community marketing or product rookie, but I have to admire the teacher. The teacher himself went to the e-commerce course, It can only be said that the teachers go into the sea by themselves, how can we not live up to our expectations!!!
