In the next 21 days, I was officially contacted for work, and I was assigned to the Planning and Contract Department. Because I am a new employee, I can only do basic work when I first arrived, including but not limited to copying a few documents, going to the leader to sign, running errands to the supervisor, or sorting documents, etc.

The more basic work mentioned in the previous paragraph is not meaningless. The so-called work is the process in which laborers convert production materials into living materials through labor (including physical labor and mental labor) to meet people's survival and continue social development. What kind of work a person does is determined by his social environment and personal ability (including cognition). Therefore, as a new employee, doing these basic work is jointly determined by the social environment of the company and my personal ability. The difficulty of the work in the next 21 days is constantly increasing. But the relationship between these difficult work and the basic work done before does not conform to the objective law of the development of things that Engels said in "Dialectics of Nature", that is, the development form of things is a spiral upward.
