Three Key Takeaways of CTPS Problem Solving Project Experience Sharing
Yesterday, at the end of the CTPS "Problem-Solving Theory and Practice" course at National Taiwan University, I would like to thank Mr. Sherman for giving me the opportunity to take the stage and share with you the setbacks and growth in the problem-solving process with the "Little Treehouse" last year.
At the end of the short lecture, three key takeaways are summarized:
1. The sooner you can do the most in-depth analysis of the data and information you have, the greater the impact you can have on the project.
2. The project will not always go smoothly, and there will not be only one problem to be solved -> think about the story line of persuading the other party in advance, and maintain flexibility to adjust and create value at any time.
3. Based on the principle of creating the greatest impact, continue to think about the value-added space; manage the expectations of the owners and win the trust of the owners.
I have always felt that CTPS is not only teaching consultants and solving project problems; it is more about how to bring problem-solving methodology to life, more effective communication, teamwork, and creating influence on the people around you!
