[Miscellaneous] A not-so-good New Year's Diet ||| Banqiao Station - Nishiki Ramen.
Korean cheese ramen in the high-speed rail station has become the first meal of the Lunar New Year.
Sure enough, selling everything in the right place can make money. After Korean instant noodles are added with drinks, it instantly becomes a meal that can sell for over 200 yuan...
But the taste is not bad, fresh milk tea is very ordinary at least not thunder...
The second meal was the vegetarian dumplings made by my mother. This year's vegetarian dumplings contained Hericium erinaceus, a big killer, and they tasted super delicious (it can definitely be sold)! But the cost is too high, I think if I sell it, I will lose money 😂
This plate is probably one of the most unpalatable noodles I have ever made 😅
Speaking of this is full of complaints... The conclusion is that the tragedy caused by too few choices of seasonings is simply the black history of my cooking. There are cabbage green peppers and shiitake mushrooms in it, soy sauce and vegetarian oyster sauce are used for seasoning, but they are not the usual brands, plus Laomu Kai's very bad way of opening the sauce (you can only use sprinkling for half of it), and there is a little bit at the end. Too rotten and too salty.
I thought that the fried noodles above was already bad, but I don’t know that fried vegetables can also explode...but I don’t think this is my pot, because I never thought that Laomu would use rose salt to stir-fry vegetables...
There are two dishes on the plate, so they are placed on the same plate because there are fewer. But the taste...really rose salty .
Miso really is the safest seasoning. Throw away the material to ensure that it will not fail 😂
Although the ingredients are all vegetables, it doesn't affect the taste at all~ (If I had known that there was still miso at home, it would not have been so miserable...)
Itabashi Station Nishiki Ramen
Japanese ramen I ate at Banqiao Station after returning to Taipei. I originally wanted to go to the Happy Noodle House, which I hadn't eaten for a long time, but there was a long queue...
To be honest, the taste of Char Siew in White Soup is not so delicious that I am willing to write a special review, so I will just give a brief introduction.
In the case of ramen soup, the basic thickness is there without additional adjustment. With lots of shallots and purple onions in the soup, and some shallots in the base (not sure if it is but similar), it was layered but weak. Most of the flavors are covered by purple onions, and the red shallots at the bottom are very visually appealing.
The noodle portion has a certain degree of scalding, which is great in terms of temperature. However, the feeling of biting it is not very amazing, it is ordinary in Japanese ramen, and the memory is not enough.
The char siu is delicious, but it's a very ordinary char siu... It feels like a combination of Taiwanese and Japanese style. It can't meet the expectations of Japanese-style ramen char siu in terms of flavor, but it's not as good as mine.
The chicken nuggets were a little dark in color and slightly tough on the outside, but the meat was okay, not much gravy but not too dry. The sauce above was not what I thought it would be. It tasted like a prepared Caesar sauce, and I always felt that something was wrong. If I really want to say, I might be happier if I change it to salsa.
All the meals that day were sold out, so I don’t know how the Char Siu Don Rice will perform, but for the main ramen, I think that the second visit is quite low…
The price is indeed very ramen, but the effort is not proportional to the expected value. If you want to try it, you can try it, but I don't think you need to go there.
This one is in the Universal Food Street at Banqiao Station, and I remembered that the first time I had Japanese ramen was at Seiya (also the food court) at Kyo Station. At that time, I was very happy with the ramen at Chengwu, and I returned to visit many times later.
With the increasing number of ramen I have eaten in Taipei, different restaurants always have different advantages that will leave a mark in my memory, but Chengwu is still my favorite ramen restaurant. After the store in Beijing Railway Station was removed, I mostly went to eat at the main store on North Zhongshan Road, but because the distance gradually decreased...
Although I don't recommend this one, his taste is between Taiwanese and Japanese, and the soup noodles can be adjusted, so it is suitable for people who like to try ramen in many ways (or those who want to get used to Japanese tastes) intermediate station).
in conclusion
If only it could be a holiday for the new year...
Every Chinese New Year is my cooking hell. Because Lao Mu has been a vegetarian for a long time and likes to eat soft and rotten taste, I really can't adapt to the dishes she cooks, but I am not very good at cooking with vegan ingredients, so I don't feel relaxed at all during the New Year...
This year, the number of outings has also decreased a lot. After returning to Taipei early, I ate hot pot in my room like crazy~ but I didn’t have time to take pictures.
I finally started going to work today (18th). I still can’t keep up. I always want to sleep more. After all, the weather is very suitable... It may take a few more days to slowly resume work and rest.
