When the temperature is low, the contactor pulls in and heats up. When the temperature reaches the set temperature, the contactor resets and stops heating. In the contactor coil control loop, the water level switch is connected in series at the same time. There is only one solenoid valve in the whole boiler, that is, where the gas pipeline enters the combustion chamber, there is a solenoid valve. I took a closer look at the solenoid valve. It turns out that the solenoid valve has not been replaced for a long time. Although it can be moved, it cannot be fully opened. Therefore, the valve that closes the gas cannot be fully opened, and the gas cannot enter the combustion chamber. Naturally, there is no way to ignite successfully. When the gas water heater is short of water or water pressure, electricity, gas, hot water temperature is too high, unexpectedly blowing out and other fault phenomena during the working process or ignition process, the pulse igniter will detect the feedback of the induction needle. The signal automatically cuts off the power supply, and the gas plays the role of safety protection. This continuous action is completed by relying on the presence of electricity.
