Those Taipei Pianmen Bookstores that are easy to pass by and miss
foreword
I wrote 2 guide articles about Taipei-style bookstores half a year ago. There is no follow-up (covering my face) until now. Thank you @Matty for launching a community essay activity on the map of the bookstore in Matt City. Now it seems that I have to start writing. .
Because the list of personal pocket bookstores is still very long, it may be turned into a series at present (so I have been procrastinating... kneeling), after chatting with other citizens under the essay writing activity, I came up with the Greater Taipei Bookstore/Reading Space that I planned to publish. The complete series is planned as follows:
- There are about 10 secret and unpopular bookstores that have been in arrears for a long time, and it is tentatively scheduled to be introduced in one article;
- There are more than ten characteristic independent bookstores around Greater Taipei, and the book will be written with the title of 2 books about Taipei’s characteristic bookstores;
- The characteristic reading space that does not sell books, some units even know that there are very few users, I hope that this will allow everyone to enter these unpopular books or literature collections and use them more, and reserve 2 pages;
- The last part is a memorial article for the defunct bookstore. The list needs to be sorted out, so the length is undetermined.
According to the previous habit, I will mainly write records based on the fact that I have actually visited and removed the stores that have been introduced by other authors on Matters. The photos are mainly taken when I actually visit the scene, unless the store has a prohibition on taking pictures. Or because there are no aerial photos available at the event site, photo excerpts will be made from the store's official website.
A degree of stereo laboratory
Early pop-up books were not children's books as the general public thought, but information processing tools for adults; in medieval Europe, they were used as teaching aids in professional fields such as astronomy and medicine; until the mid-18th century, special Three-dimensional children's books for children only appeared.
The birth of a pop-up book must be fully presented by combining the three-dimensional structure, art design, story narration, interactive mechanism and complicated procedures of the maker.
Youdu founded Wenxin Zixiu, a senior collector who has collected more than 4,000 pop-up books from all over the world in the past 20 years. In view of the lack of oriental culture in the content of pop-up books, Youdu Publishing was established, which is the first company in the Chinese community to focus on creating oriental themes Pop-up book for the design team. In addition to selling well-published pop-up books and handmade books, the bookstore space also holds various hand-made book experience courses from time to time, and can also assist in negotiating overseas pop-up book products.

The interior of Sanger was originally in a classical style, and various book areas were classified into different categories. The overall space was darker, because Boss Shi’s son and friends organized a book club. Often at this gathering, young people noticed that Sanger’s space design did not match. Today's consumers demand, so further workshops are formed to use scientific methods to discuss space transformation.
After Sanger’s renovation, white is used as the keynote of the space, which makes the overall visual effect larger, and the moving lines are also re-planned, turning it into a multi-functional space. The bookshelves are no longer marked with the categories of books, which not only makes the vision more refreshing, but also increases the fun of “treasure hunting” for customers.
