Aki's Dream Notes｜The Endless Journey Home

After talking with the interviewer, I quietly looked up at the clock as I walked out of the office door.

Walking on the underground street of Taipei Main Station as usual, I plan to follow the familiar route and transfer to the entrance of Taipei MRT to return home. As I walked down the stairs, I felt very unfamiliar. It seemed that the surrounding area had just been remodeled, and the whole had become futuristic. I followed a group of people in line in the red velvet, and as time went on, I felt that something was wrong. It was not until it was my turn that I found out that it was an airplane check-in counter. I quickly got out of the red velvet and took a detour through the crowd.

Walking according to the signs, it was still like being in a labyrinth. After going around for a long time, I couldn't get out, and I couldn't find the exit like a ghost barrier. Helplessly, I called home for help, but no one answered, it was past nine o'clock in the evening.

I made a phone call while looking for the exit or the MRT entrance. After a lot of tossing, the phone was finally connected, and I managed to find the MRT gate. It was almost six o'clock in the morning, but my family said it was okay to go home now. , not too late.

I thought, it's not too late to interview for a job for nearly 14 hours and still not go home? Anyway, they are all in the MRT station, and it is not too far from home.

I picked up the EasyCard and the crowd lined up to swipe in. When I entered the waiting platform, I was amazed by the ultra-modern scene. Just when I was amazed at the remodeling, suddenly a fighter jet landed, only to find that I arrived at the airport runway, and the MRT platform seemed to be on another floor, so the roar of the fighter jet woke my dream.
