When the boss and the subordinate have different ideas and neither can persuade the other, what will you do as the boss? Do you want to use the identity of your boss to pressure your subordinates to execute? Or forget it, let him do it himself?
What would you do if you were a subordinate? Ignore him, resolutely refuse? Or do it reluctantly?
It's not a question of identity or status, and there's no right or wrong, just different opinions and positions.
In the relationship between people, you are sometimes the identity of the boss (senior, parent, eldest son, eldest daughter, boss, supervisor...), and sometimes, you will be the identity of the subordinate (the younger generation, the children, the youngest son and the youngest daughter, the employee , subordinates...), so don't think that you will only encounter one situation. In fact, every day you may encounter "supervisors" and "subordinates" who have different ideas from you. You will think, it is obviously good Stuff, why don't you listen to me to do it? I understand that what you said is wrong, why do you want me to execute it with your command?
There are many people who will teach you to try to "see things from the other person's point of view", to "know what the other person thinks", to "think from the other person's point of view", but when you try and you can't convince yourself to believe it. From then on, what can you do?
Some people will say "You should be true to yourself!" Yes, you should be true to yourself, but more importantly, take responsibility for your own decisions.
Think about it, when you choose to be true to yourself in everything you do, you may think you are free, but later you will find that you don't have many choices because of your identity, gender, age, appearance, ability, experience Wait, in fact, you are restricted or regulated, and you are often unable to bear the responsibilities and results of your own decisions. In the end, you are still forced to follow some norms, some instructions from others. You think this is called "reality", this is called "helpless", but please think about it, why do you want to "follow blindly", but in the end you want to "never walk alone"? To put it bluntly, it is scary!
When people get older and have opportunities to become others’ predecessors and bosses, you will become more cautious, because you have burdens and responsibilities, you can no longer be a person easily, you will either become the learning object of others , or become a "negative teaching material" (the object of ridicule).
For the sake of your own identity and dignity, you find that you can't go in an unpredictable direction at will. Because, you think you need to consider the mentality of your subordinates. You can't lead subordinates with different ideas to break into the world. Although you have lofty ideals and great goals, in the end you just end up "high and low". After all, there are not many people who can change the world with the power of one person. You always need to cooperate with others. To cooperate, you have to compromise.
In the same way, you will also become the junior or subordinate of others. Even with your shallow experience and knowledge, you will have your own ideas, and you also want your senior or superior to lead you along a good path. However, this road should be taken by you, but you put the responsibility in the hands of your predecessors and bosses. You clearly know that your boss does not know what you really think, but you pretend to have ideals, long for work, like Challenge, so when your boss leads you to achieve your ideals, asks you to work hard, and asks you to accept challenges, but you resist, you actually just want to be "stable and stable".
Perhaps, in fact, your boss wants to live a stable life, but you really want to have a career, but the boss only thinks that you have too many ideas and are restless. I never thought about sacrificing a stable life for my ideal, I just thought that your boss was incompetent.
When the boss and the subordinate have different ideas, there is no need to overwhelm the other, as long as you stick to your own ideas. However, this is not a battle of emotions, nor is it to embarrass the other party, but to be responsible for one's own life and work hard for oneself.
The relationship between the boss and the subordinate can be dissolved, but the relationship between the senior and the junior and relatives cannot be separated. If the relationship is not good, the ideas are inconsistent, and the communication is impossible, the impact and damage will be great.
No matter which "post", "supervisor" or "subordinate", if you only know how to complain about the other party, you only want the other party to obey you, and you only want the other party to help you, but you are unwilling to take your own responsibilities, and you are not honest about your true nature. Thoughts, you will naturally regret after arguing, because you will find that what you insist on is actually the best, or the other party has already given you what you want, but you blinded yourself at the time and did not support yourself.
People always plan for their own interests, and they want to do things together. It is better to say what they want to do and want to be brave. They will not blame others for not listening to you or obeying you. Or you only pass the buck when you are wrong. Because, you can choose to follow or not to follow, but you must take responsibility, because whether it is a choice you insist or are forced to choose, it is your choice, and blaming others is just admitting that you are really wrong!
