【Event Initiation Rules】

• The initiator is the citizens of Matt City, and the objects of invitation to participate are all citizens of Matt City
• The types of activities are: theme call for papers, support for outstanding writers, encourage various creations, online and offline knowledge sharing and other activities are all available. If you are unsure if an event qualifies, please write to hi@matters.news to discuss with Matty
• The proposal must be supported by more than five people within 72 hours after it is issued (use the support author button at the end of the Matters article), which means that the community has a certain degree of approval for the proposal. Support unlimited amount.
• The purpose of defrauding LikeCoin is not malicious, and the rules of the event and the method of bonus distribution are clearly stated in advance. The process of the event and the results of bonus distribution must be subject to community supervision. If a citizen of Matt asks about the rules of the event (including the calculation method of bonuses), the proposer is obliged to explain
• The total bonus is capped at 50,000 LikeCoins, and Matty will announce the bonus amount in the comment area of ​​the proposal post after settlement.
• After the event is over and the winners are announced, Matty will transfer the bonus to the proposer, and then the proposer will send it to the winning author.

【Event Initiation Process】🕰️ Please be sure to read it carefully~🕰️

1. The proposer sent a proposal post on Matters.News, please link this article, tag the proposal post with "Matters Community Activities Season 4", and inform @Matty.
2. Proposals pass the initiation threshold (supported by more than five people within 72 hours)
3. Matty will assist in confirming whether the event rules (including bonus distribution methods) are complete, whether there is any need to modify or supplement, etc. within 72 hours
4. If there is no problem with the proposal and it passes the initiation threshold, Matty will leave a message within 72 hours to "confirm the initiation of this event", and the event will be considered formally established at this time
5. Citizens can contribute within 72 hours after the event was launched, but please also understand that the event is in its inception period, and the event rules or bonus distribution methods proposed at the beginning may be adjusted

*Special note: Matty City is a community with a decentralized vision. Everyone can initiate community activities. The reason why there is an additional procedure confirmed by Matty is to ensure that the activity rules comply with the principle of "encouraging creation"

【Related rights and obligations of promoters】

• The reward distribution method of this event is decided by the proposer, but the reward distribution method must follow the principle of "encouraging high-quality works/authors". If the distribution rules do not meet the above principles, Matty has the right to reject it. If you don't know what "encourages high-quality works/authors", you can write to hi@matters.news to discuss with Matty in advance
• Each author can only initiate one proposal at a time. If you want to initiate a new proposal, you must wait until the old proposal is over and an announcement post is issued before launching a new activity. Please inform Matty and discuss with Matty if there are special circumstances.

【Bonus calculation method】

Total bonus: proposal bonus + participation bonus + special bonus . The upper limit is 50,000 LikeCoin

1. Proposal bonus: within seven days after the proposal post is issued:

• Amount supported by general users x 10
• Amount supported by Golden Motor users x 20
• (The support amount is calculated in LikeCoin; if the support is legal currency or USDT, the exchange rate on the day of settlement shall prevail
