"On the Legalization of Marijuana in Thailand"
Thailand is actually #HempLegalization. Cannabis with a THC content of less than 0.2% is Hemp. Wouldn't that be a step toward treating marijuana above 0.2% THC as a drug? Should more than 0.2% be strictly prohibited?
But releasing thousands of people imprisoned for marijuana is absolutely virtuous.
I'm sorry, I always think that the government doesn't think about the people so much, but it seems that the economy is the priority. Of course, they have sent tens of thousands of Hemps, allowed to grow, and used cannabis for medical treatment, which is really worthy of promotion and encouragement.
In fact, don't be too happy, those below 0.2% don't need any control at all. I don't know if you understand it, but the control means they are monitoring, and the road ahead may be more difficult. In fact, this is the case in Europe. Their lax marijuana laws allow ash to exist. This is freedom. Not everything needs to be regulated by law. People will be autonomous, self-disciplined, and self-sufficient.
Although most people may not need too high THC, they have created a red line. When something is defined, it becomes extremely difficult to overturn it.
Remember that 0.2% of marijuana is still considered a controlled drug. (Actually, most of the reports are unclear...)
Last question, is this the legalization of marijuana? Below 0.2% THC. (Taiwanese accent)
ps Of course, compared with Hong Kong's "planning" to treat CBD as a controlled drug, this is an extremely ironic time point.
ps However, development is indeed worthy of research and attention, and it is also the first step, but if the first step is wrong, it will be difficult to turn around.
ps The legalization of marijuana is an extremely complex issue that requires checks and balances in medical, agricultural, commercial, industrial, economic, political, cultural, and custom.
ps The regime always needs to think a few more steps. Their policies are measured in years and long-term plans. Don't be regarded as a god just because of a temporary relaxation, these movements are meant to be lasting.
