The text mentioned a very important point about lean startup, that is, it should consider the user's thinking, first land as an MVP, and then continue to iterate.

This is so well said!

Unlike everyone else, Yu An, the senior of Nanyi Middle School + National Taiwan University Nanyou Association, dropped out of school very early to start a business, and was recently selected as the strongest Y combinator accelerator in Silicon Valley.

The text mentioned a very important point about lean startup, that is, you should consider user thinking, make MVP first and then continue to iterate, instead of thinking about where the product can be better but delaying the launch; go online first, and fix it from user feedback fastest. Doing is more important than thinking. If you have an idea without landing, the impact is still equal to 0.

【Personal thoughts】

After experiencing CTPS business management experience and my own science and technology background, I feel more and more that business thinking is a very important thing.

Engineers and technical backgrounds, the most common mistake is to realize that the technology is very powerful, but never define who the TA is, how the product should be sold, and is marketing feasible?

It's like a guy who learns to be rich but stutters, and in the end no one understands your strengths.

To summarize recent thoughts:

1. With a technical background, business and product thinking must be taken into account, which is conducive to seeing things from an all-round perspective.

2. Do > say > think. Based on the principle of creating impact and actual landing, do it when you think about it, don't think about it all the time.
