So bought a bunch of meat.

Well, first of all, cook 4.2 cups of rice first. The calculation of 0.7 cup of rice is about 1 or 2 more than the amount of a bowl of rice. While the rice is cooking for 1 hour, you can start preparing the cooking.


There are no vegetables this time, so there is no need to prepare anything. I cut the triangular oil tofu in half to make it easier to pack into lunch boxes, and then the large cucumber is different from the previous method, and it is cut into larger pieces.

This time, there are two pieces of pork chops. I marinated it with a little barbecue sauce. This part depends on personal taste. Because I don’t like it too salty, the taste is very mild when I cook it. If I really feel it when I eat it If not enough, add more sauce.

The sequentially marinated meat is cooked last, so there is definitely enough time.


Fry the shredded pork a little first, I'm used to adding a little mirin at this time. Because mirin can suppress the flavor of pork, soften the meat, and bring out the sweetness. You can marinate the meat beforehand if you like. Then I poured all the ingredients in~ The crab sticks are almost cooked and added.

When it comes to crab sticks, I will open the plastic bags one by one and cook them! This time, the cooking method needs to disperse it, so it is very convenient to take it apart. If it is a hot pot, I will also take it apart and put it on top, and cook it carefully to keep it intact 😂

The ingredients this time are milkfish balls, squid rings, etc., all of which are relatively umami, so I just let them roll together. When rolling, I added a little rice wine and a chili to cover the fishy smell.

Since the sliced meat is for a yakiniku bento...so it's ready to be picked up when the meat is lightly fried. When it's time to eat, drizzle with barbecue sauce and reheat so the meat isn't too tough. This way of eating is suitable for me, but if you like seasoning, you can marinate it and fry it, I think it is suitable to add shredded onion.

From cooking, preparing, cooking and packing, the total time is about 1.5 hours .
