Our Distance from Live Performing Arts

I like watching performances. I used to tell my husband and family members: I really want any door, open it and you can reach the two halls, the Taiwan Opera Center, the Taichung Opera House, the Dadong Cultural Center, the Weiwu Camp, etc. You can watch it. Favorite show, favorite team.

Why not go to the local performance hall? In my county and city, a relatively high-quality theater employs Lin Performing Arts Hall, but I don’t know why, the programs I want to watch never appear. Instead, they are all concentrated in large performing arts halls, and the nearest drive takes 40 minutes to 1 Hours, after watching the performance back and forth, I was exhausted.

Recently, affected by the epidemic around the world, many mass art and cultural activities have cancelled performances, and launched no-makeup rehearsal, live broadcast, online broadcast and other methods for spoilers, performances or online interaction. It just so happens that the recently launched online shows and music are all my favorite programs. Among them, the Ten Drum Percussion Band is performing online with the United States today. Due to work, I cannot watch the performance live. At nine o’clock in the morning, my husband and I and some friends made an appointment in front of our mobile phones and computers. Online party, began to wait for the ten drums to start.

The Ten Drum Percussion Band is the performing arts team that I have been in the most contact with. I used to think that the drum performance was a rhythm played by two drum sticks beating the drum skin and drum frame, but they were a group of different percussion groups. The music combines martial arts and melody to present Taiwanese music that belongs to the theater. It is a story that can emerge when you close your eyes. From the sweating and shouting, it can be seen that the actors are performing with their lives! Still, it sounds cool!

Because I am too familiar with the relationship between certain songs, the feeling of changing scenes in live broadcasts is often unable to achieve a deep feeling with the content of the music, just like the world football ball kicked into the goal, but the moment was not captured, it was very frustrating , I believe, they should not be the only ones who have such embarrassment.

The feeling of watching the performance and holding the ticket is like a sense of ceremony. If you buy this program and learn more information in advance, you can pay more attention to the details in a panoramic view, and you will not miss the story that the team wants to express as a whole. Performing arts are broadcast live on live mirror changing, unless it is a solo or individual performance, or I personally feel that after this period of not being able to go out and gather together, there will never be less people returning to the theater to watch the live performance, and they will cherish it even more.
