[Reading Notes] Meridian_Hand Taiyin Lung Meridian (11 points)

At first, I wanted to incorporate writing into my life, but originally there was an element of "reading" in my life.

For me, if there are no constraints, I will probably only read translated novels (especially Japanese literature), light novels, and manga. XD

After thinking about it, I decided to record the books I read as much as possible by leaving some traces. This is the first time I have tried this! In fact, I usually take notes less often... (mixed)

Hand Taiyin Lung Meridian:

Zhongfu: Raising acupoints, dispersing lung qi, nourishing yin and invigorating spleen --> 1 cun below Yunmen acupoint

Cloud Gate: Promote lung qi --> the depression in the subclavian fossa is about where the shoulder straps of the vest are worn (about 6 inches from the midline)

Tianfu: Disperse lung qi, clear heat and dissipate knots --> Xiabai is 1 inch above

Xia Bai: Xuantong lung qi --> 4 cun below the outer side of the biceps and the armpit

Chi Ze: Heshui point, clearing away heat from the lung, subduing (descending) lung qi --> lateral to the transverse crease of the cubital fossa

Kong Zui: Qi point, regulating Qi and moistening the lung, clearing heat and stopping bleeding --> Taiyuan and Chize are connected, 7 cun above Taiyuan

Lie Que: Luo points, Si Zong points, and Ba Meridian points, which disperse the lungs and dispel wind, clear the meridians and activate collaterals, and regulate the Ren meridian --> Cross the tiger's mouth with both hands, press the index finger behind the other wrist, where the Gaogu (radial styloid process) is located in the depression

Meridian Channels: Meridian Gold Points, Dispelling Lungs and Regulating Qi, Relieving Cough and Relieving Asthma --> Between Radial Styloid Process and Radial Artery

Taiyuan: Yuan acupoint, Yutuo acupoint, Bahui acupoint's pulse meeting, removing wind and clearing the lung, relieving cough and resolving phlegm --> (hand) outside the scaphoid bone

Thenar: Yinghuo point, clearing lung heat, soothing throat --> the midpoint of the line connecting the base of the thumb and the wrist

Shao Shang: Jingmu acupoint, clearing heat and pharynx, returning to Yang to save the bad

Anatomy tips:

Biceps (Function): (flexors) Actions that bring the forearm closer to the upper arm.

Brachioradialis (Function): Flexes the forearm and brings it up toward the upper arm. (flex the elbow)

A little thought: I seem to become more serious when writing notes (ashamed).
