关闭验证节点Shutdown Validator Node

因为一些个人生活上的转变，预计一段长时间内没法随时回应节点遇到的情况。所以，打算关闭验证节点。但还是会在社群里活动。感谢社群大家的支持，特别是头几位超大量委托的委托人。也感谢社群委托委员会的肯定。节点预计会10月1日关闭节点，请大家在那之前转移委托。再次感谢大家。

Due to personal issue, I plan to shut down the validator node on October 1st. I will still in the community, but less active. Thanks to everyone for your support, especially the top delegator and community delegation committee. The node will be closed on October 1st, please redelegation before then. Thanks again everyone.
