After visiting the Sea Mountain Pavilion, I rode Abai to the "Milkfish Theme Pavilion". When it comes to Tainan's specialty ingredients, delicious milkfish will definitely come to mind. In order to know the cultural stories related to milkfish, I decided to go and see it.

Leaving the most lively urban area in Anping by bike, I rode to a remote place called Gwangju Road. I saw a building surrounded by trees, and there were cute cats catching milkfish outside the building. Statues, a collage of European-style city wall-like buildings on top of the building, this building full of fairy tale fantasy style is the theme hall. If I hadn't checked the information in advance and knew that this was introducing milkfish, otherwise I would have thought it was an amusement park or a themed homestay when I saw the appearance of the theme pavilion.

Entering the interior, the space is very open, and there will be no pressure to walk. The theme pavilion uses a lot of wood building materials to increase the sense of ecological design. The high glass roof makes the sunlight naturally sprinkle with a romantic feeling, and the walls use a lot of shells as collages to make it full of ocean wind. In addition to the museum, there are also cute statues of cats catching milkfish in the museum, which are very cute.

The first floor is the souvenir and snack sales area, and the second floor is the education area. The education area is dominated by blue tones, full of intellectuality, and uses books as the image to create a number of book-shaped platforms. There are various introductions related to milkfish on the table, such as the origin of the name, The way of breeding and various cooking methods, etc., are very careful.

When it comes to milkfish dishes, my favorite is fish intestines, especially for soups. I simply use ginger and chives to remove the fishy taste. The soup is delicious and delicious. The fish intestines are slightly crispy and soft. The ingredients are bitter but sweet, and rich in the freshness of fish. I have loved offal dishes since I was a child, and I love this taste to death! It is said that fish sausages are required to maintain freshness. Usually after the morning, it is not easy to eat again. It is an early bird discount ingredient.

In addition to the static explanation and introduction, there are also technological somatosensory interactive games on the side to experience the fun of catching milkfish. I found that during my trip to Haiti in Tainan, almost all the theme museums I visited had interactive games, which shows the sincerity of the government to combine technology to enhance the richness of tourism.

After visiting the theme pavilion, I was supposed to end today's trip, but the beautiful green road I accidentally discovered on the detour made me very concerned, so I decided to take a look.

I rode to the suburbs and arrived at the beautiful green road I discovered earlier. I don't know what it is called, but there is a campus called "Yizai Elementary School Yuguang Campus" nearby. After returning home, I must follow the This clue, to find out what the name of this road is.

I was riding here slowly, enjoying the scenery along the way. During this period, the smell of the sea kept coming in my nostrils, and I could hear the sound of the sea vaguely in my ears. I thought to myself, on the other side of the jungle, shouldn't it be the sea? After riding, the woods are no longer dense, and there is a small road leading to the forest. At the entrance of the road, there is a warning sign advising tourists not to go to the sea to play in the water. Sure enough, the sea is nearby!

I rode Abai, turned from the highway into a small road full of mud and dirt, and passed through the woods. Then, the beach and seascape came into view. I found an unexpected scenery! The vast sea view is really refreshing! It's a pity that since this place is unregulated, it can't be as clean as the Mashagou Coastal Recreation Area, which needs to be entered. There is a lot of man-made garbage on the shore. Alas, the public morality of tourists must come on! This is our own land...

During my trip to Anping in winter, looking back on the journey, what left a deep impression on me was the unknown and beautiful green road I discovered because of the wrong way. They will all come to the end. Looking back on the journey, the most interesting thing is often the unexpected things when you get lost.” That is to say, after this journey, what I came up with, travel, is what makes it interesting.

My coastal trip to Anping is over, so let’s travel to the Hidden Mountains in Tainan.
