Today the Global Times even discussed the "wall" and my view of the truth

I was really surprised when I saw this passage. I didn't expect our party media to speak like this. This is a big truth, at least that's how I feel. I originally thought that because of the freedom of speech outside the wall, it is easy to compare the objectivity of a matter, so that we can get closer to the truth. But this is not the case. It seems that there is no cost to spread rumors and exaggerate outside the wall. It is an easy thing to understand, but it is completely confused by people with their own goals. Perhaps because of long-term democracy, many people have their own positions in their hearts, and it doesn't matter what the truth is. They are willing to listen to and believe what they think is the truth. I remember that in the past, Hong Kong movies would say, "If you talk nonsense, I will sue you for defamation!" Is there a crime of defamation outside the wall now? Do you need to be responsible for the authenticity of your speech? I feel that because of the world link, it seems that there is no legal binding for defamation across regions.

I haven’t read the Global Times and reference news for a long time after I overcame the wall. I picked it up to read it on the plane the day before yesterday. Our party media seldom tells lies, and is good at telling half truths, half truths that are in line with self-interest. But what the Global Times said today is the complete truth. People like me, who came out of the wall, originally thought that outside the wall was the Kangzhuang Avenue, that outside the wall was the Mahayana Buddhism of Leiyin Temple, and that outside the wall was the advanced state of evolution. In the end it turns out that it's just passing from one imperfection to another. It is precisely because of imperfection that we need to build, not complain, not destroy, not rebuild that damages the fundamental interests of the country and the Chinese nation.
