My eczema and psoriasis recovery process record the first day of diet diary 2020.12.27

Start today according to "Heal without Medicine! Completely cure psoriasis, eczema, and atopic dermatitis. The food that I can eat during the diet mentioned in the book, I will choose a few very simple ones, and live a strict "ascetic" diet for a month. Witness your own recovery in the form of a diary.


Diet record on the first day of diet therapy on December 27, 2020

Breakfast: a boiled egg, a cucumber, half a cup of lemon juice and plain water

2 p.m.: a carrot

Dinner: One head of garlic + one celery + one bag of bean sprouts, stir-fry until soft.

I drank three glasses of water today

The athlete's foot started to itch around 20:10 at night. I think it's the garlic. Although garlic is a favorite food of the intestinal flora, we should stop garlic from tomorrow. It is spicy food after all.

I am currently practicing natural alternative therapy advocated by Dr. John OA Pagano.

The book excerpts are as follows:

Definition of psoriasis in this book: Psoriasis is an outward manifestation of the body trying to throw toxins out of the body. Eczema and psoriasis are the same disease, just in different forms, however, as someone from the government authorities put different labels on them, they have since been treated as different diseases, and it is likely that this is the idea that started took you off the right track.


This natural alternative therapy has two premises:

1: Remove toxins accumulated in the body.

2: Avoid ingesting "toxic" foods.

Remedy plan:

1: Internal purification.

2: A high-alkaline, low-acid diet.

3: Drink specific herbal teas.

4: Adjust the spine.

5: In vitro maintenance.

6: Right thinking - the foundation of healing all diseases.


* Body purification

Diet is the most important factor in treating psoriasis or eczema.


*The deadly seven things that are firmly avoided

1: Saturated fatty acids - such as red and processed meats.

2: Solanaceae vegetables - tomatoes, tobacco, white potatoes, eggplants, peppers (green and red peppers, chili peppers) and spices.

3: Excessive candy.

4: Smoking.

5: drink.

6: Junk food.

7: Fried food.


*Foods to avoid

1: Crustacean – lobster, shrimp, clams, oysters, crabs, scallops, snails, mussels, and sauces made from crustaceans.

2: Baking powder: Products that contain a lot of baking powder.

3: Coffee.

4: Gluten.

5: Miscellaneous: Pizza, alcohol, citrus fruits, vinegar, pickled and smoked foods, strawberries, peanut butter, excess starch.

Also: Grains (white flour products) and rice (these are acidic foods) are best eaten sparingly.


The forbidden foods in the above book make me deeply ashamed:

I really regret it too much, and finally let it go, because the food mentioned above is what I eat every day.

The breakfast staples must be: cereal products, either bread or noodles or pancakes, and there must be processed meat such as fried sausages.

I don’t eat lunch (the reason is that my husband’s income has been greatly reduced in the year of Wuhan pneumonia. In order to save expenses, our family skipped lunch)

Dinner: The staple food such as rice, steamed buns and buns is basically indispensable, and there must be red meat dishes.

And my favorite vegetables are nightshades. I love tomatoes and potatoes, and peppers are essential to every meal.

Drinking is a daily habit. There are many kinds of alcohol in Japan, and my favorite is all kinds of fruity beers. Have a drink every night for dinner.

The fried food here is also my favorite: crepes, pork chops, fried chicken wings, and fried fish chops, which are basically eaten every week.

Crustacean seafood is also often eaten.

After the white flour is fermented with yeast powder, it is made into steamed buns, biscuits, bread, pies and the like, which are eaten almost every day.

Looking at my eating habits for more than a year, I've been feeding my extremely acidified body with foods that are harmful to my fragile intestines. I'm about to change my mind. The road to purification in my body is really arduous.

The following are photos of eczema and psoriasis on various parts of my body that I took in the afternoon of the first day of my diet. Please don't look at it while eating. It's disgusting. Please ignore my rough hands and wanton growth of leg hair. One has been suffering from the disease for more than a year. Most women are not in the mood to take care of their physical appearance.
