Simply put, the motion proposes an upgrade of LikeCoin.

Without going into technical details, you can read the proposal directly, or participate in the discussion on Discord . This upgrade is quite significant and many new features will be added. The highlights include that the LikeCoin wallet address will be changed to "like" as the starting identification (this is the work in the proposal 33 ), but at the same time it is compatible with the original address format, that is, the original address starting with cosmos can still be used for operation. Using like as the starting point, there should be more browsers such as Mintscan that support LikeCoin, which is very useful for LikeCoin promotion and can better highlight the name of LikeCoin. In addition, the Authz module is also added to this upgrade, so LikeCoin should soon be able to use the re-stake function for the convenience of all delegators. The upgrade will be carried out when the block height reaches 3692800 (the time on the blockchain is calculated in blocks), which is about 11:00 a.m. on May 4th (UTC, 8:00 p.m. Hong Kong and Taipei time), when LikeCoin Chain will Pause until the upgrade is complete, then re-run to generate blocks. This upgrade has high hardware requirements, and all validators should prepare well.

For this proposal, Lao Mao certainly agrees. LikeCoin Chain has more functions, which is definitely beneficial to LikeCoin and the Republic of Citizens.

This is an administrative proposal, mainly to allocate funds to carry out the work, the proposal is reasonable, and the old cat will support the proposal.
