Compared with other types of steel bars, the processing of wall reinforcement on the construction drawing is less, but it is also more difficult to directly interpret, not so intuitive, especially the part of the vertical reinforcement, there is no way to directly see the height from the floor plan, and naturally it is not. You will know how many auxiliary ribs you need directly from the plan, and everything must match the section.

Here we mention the standing tendons and the auxiliary tendons. The so-called standing tendons, as the name suggests, are "standing" The steel bars of the steel bar, which are vertically oriented, are usually placed on the outside of the wall and used as the steel bar for the main tensile force. If it is tied to the inside during construction, it is missing. Pay attention to it; as for the auxiliary bar, it is the relative main force. In terms of steel bars, it is the role of an auxiliary, so it is called "vice" , usually supporting the transverse reinforcement, which is something to be understood before the reinforcement of the wall.

There will be less ink on the wall reinforcement on the structural drawing. After all, a picture can almost represent the reinforcement condition of the entire building, so you will not find too much information. Let’s look at the construction drawing first. The steps are as follows:

Check the standard table of lap length and extension length

In the configuration of wall reinforcement, the importance of extension length will be more important than other types of steel bars, because the wall reinforcement is easy to extend into the column without hooks, so it is easy to use the extension length, and the standard table on the construction drawing is correct. , the details are more correct, this is the first point to pay attention to.

Check lap length and stretch length

There are also prerequisites for this, that is, the construction drawings are drawn according to the actual size. In the above example, we use #4 steel bars, the lap length is 55cm, and the extension length is 45cm. Whether this part meets the standard is not difficult work, but it is a bit annoying to repeat it many times, but thinking about the number of times the pickers have to repeat it is several times as much as you, it should be a lot of relief XD.

Check the spacing and count of auxiliary bars

The so-called auxiliary bar spacing refers to the spacing on the structural standard drawing, as shown in the figure below, #4@12cm. Usually, the picker will draw the standard configuration from the structural drawing and come to the construction drawing to check whether there is the same.

Next is the count, which depends on the overall height on the section drawing. In my example, the height of the building is 485cm, and the depth of the beam is 85, so the clear wall height is 400cm, 400/12=33.3, unconditionally rounded up to 34 , the number of counts on the construction drawing is correct as long as one side is 34, it is very simple.

Check the spacing and number of vertical bars

Like the auxiliary bars, you must first know the spacing of the vertical bars from the structural standard drawing. Check the construction drawing for any mistakes. After checking the correctness, it is actually the same as the number of bars on the plate. Measure out the length and divide the Spacing, unconditional carry can be done, it is not particularly difficult, and here we have been repeating what we have done before.

Check wall thickness

This part is mainly related to the wall spacer reinforcement. If the wall thickness is wrong, the spacer reinforcement cannot be used. Usually, the wall spacer reinforcement is 10 cm less than the wall thickness, 25 cm for the outer wall of 35 cm, and so on. .
