光复香港,时代革命

What are Hong Kong people fighting for? What is a reverse delivery? An explanation from a mainland young man to his friends

Once after get off work, I took the bus back with my colleagues on the way. Originally, both of them were looking at their mobile phones. Suddenly, he asked me what was going on in Hong Kong. I felt that they were in dire straits. Why did they take to the streets? I heard that they were against the death penalty or something.

When I heard that he was actually interested in this topic, I was also very excited, so I started to speak as low a voice as possible in the carriage. Then write these words according to the questions of some friends around you.

The reason why Hong Kong people took to the streets to protest was the murder of a Hong Kong couple in Taiwan last year. The male protagonist killed the female protagonist and fled back to Hong Kong. However, according to the territorial principle of the Basic Law of Hong Kong, where the crime is committed and where the trial is, the Hong Kong judicial system cannot convict him for homicide, and can only convict the crime of theft if the male protagonist returns to Hong Kong and swipes the bank card of the victimized female protagonist.

Because there is no fugitive surrender treaty between Hong Kong and Taiwan, the male protagonist cannot be handed over to Taiwan for trial. Therefore, the Hong Kong Chief Executive Carrie Lam's government took this as an excuse and felt that this was a loophole in the law, and it was necessary to revise the extradition regulations for suspects to include China, Macau and Taiwan as transferable countries.

In fact, Hong Kong and nearly 20 Western countries, such as the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada and other countries with relatively sound democracy and rule of law, have signed extradition treaties for suspects. For example, Hong Kong people committed murder in the United Kingdom and fled back to Hong Kong. The British Hong Kong government can apply to the Hong Kong court through judicial procedures. The suspect was handed over to the UK for trial. This is no problem among normal sovereign countries with independent and impartial judiciary, because according to international conventions, there will be no inhumane situations such as torture, torture, or television to force a confession after a suspect is handed over.

The Hong Kong government's previous extradition bill does not apply to mainland China. This time, it said that because of the murder, the extradition regulations should be revised to add China to the list of countries that can transfer suspects.

However, being questioned by the people of Hong Kong, the Carrie Lam government used this tragic murder case as an excuse to forcibly amend the ordinance (in short, the extradition bill) because in the process of this murder case, the Taiwan side asked the Hong Kong government to conduct judicial proceedings three times. There was no response to the cooperation, and when the Hong Kong government began to revise the Fugitive Offenders Ordinance, Taiwan refused to continue dialogue with Hong Kong because the premise of the Hong Kong amendment was a China. The reason for refusal was because it felt that China had no rule of law. Moreover, those opposed to the amendment also proposed the sunset clause (a provisional bill, that is, a clause can be made for this particular case, and the clause will become invalid after the suspect is handed over) as a proposal to solve this kind of propaganda in the mainland, Hong Kong will The issue of becoming a paradise for fugitives, but also rejected by the Hong Kong government.

On the contrary, the Lam administration broke the rules and shortened the public consultation period for the amendment to only 20 days, a month shorter than the normal time. Moreover, it hastily held a third reading debate in the Legislative Council to force the passage of this ordinance, which entered into legislation. Before the debate process, there have been constant voices of opposition, from within the system, to scholars, the Law Society, and finally to the whole society, who are strongly opposed to the revision of the Fugitive Offenders Ordinance.

But the government is still going its own way, regardless of public opinion. (Before a policy in Hong Kong is introduced, there is a public consultation period of at least two months to let the public know. Then there are three major discussions in the Legislative Council representing public opinion. Representatives from all walks of life. Experts and scholars will participate in the debate to discuss the pros and cons of the policy and whether Reasonable, etc. In the end, it is decided whether this policy becomes a law or not. This is democracy, that is, citizens have real and equal voting rights, which can directly affect the formulation of national policies and regulations. Conversely, when these various written policies are implemented, It is closely related to everyone's vital interests and future. It is not like our mainland, where the National People's Congress only has the right to raise our hands. We ordinary people have never even experienced a direct election of a county magistrate. Falling off the gate deprives us of our right to travel freely in Taiwan. We gave a rough notice that day, and it was implemented the next day. There is no room for negotiation.)

Therefore, this is what all Hong Kong citizens opposed at the beginning. The Chief Executive Carrie Lam proposed to add China to the regulations of countries that can extradite fugitives. That is, if the mainland government believes that a Hong Kong citizen is guilty, as long as the prima facie evidence is established, they can apply to the Hong Kong government for the extradition of the person. Detention is handed over to mainland China without the factual evidence review by the Legislative Council. Therefore, this fugitive extradition ordinance is also commonly referred to by citizens as the “Send-off” ordinance. When we travel in the past, we can see demonstrators holding placards that say “Reverse the extradition”, which means they are against Add China to this fugitive extradition list. Therefore, it is generally called in reverse. Therefore, the anti-extradition campaign does not mean anti-China.

Many people on the mainland said that if there were no such regulations, wouldn’t Hong Kong become a paradise for fugitives? If you commit murder in the mainland, it would be good to escape to Hong Kong (Fugitives cannot survive even if they escape to Hong Kong, without a Hong Kong resident certificate, and even if If you are caught, you will also face severe punishment. Even if it is like the couple case that appeared at the beginning, it can be resolved through the sunset clause for the case-by-case transfer procedure, but the situation in China is not included), but the fact is that the return of Hong Kong to these twenty For many years, it has been one of the safest areas in the world. Every day people from the mainland line up to immigrate to Hong Kong. Therefore, the mainland media's claim that it will become a paradise for fugitives is just an opinion, not a fact.

So when it comes to this, we need to explain why Hong Kong and other regions can hand over fugitives, why not with China? Is it discriminating against China? It's not discriminating against China, because although China advertises the core socialist values on the surface, fairness, justice, democracy, and the rule of law are posted all over the streets, but in fact it is a country without the rule of law. However, there is no independent and impartial administrative judicial procedure, and the legislative process has not listened to broad public opinion.

Just to cite some relatively big examples in recent years, such as July 9, 2015, referred to as the 709 lawyer incident, the government arrested lawyers for the rights protection of vulnerable groups across the country. First sentenced to direct disappearance, and some have even been detained and have been illegally tortured in prison, such as lawyer Wang Quanzhang.

For example, Mr. Liu Xiaobo, a Nobel Peace Prize winner who was falsely accused of inciting subversion of state power for advising the state, died in his own country’s “jail” in 2017 (for advising the state, he was sentenced to 11 for his speech). Years, contracted cancer during the sentence, and was released on medical parole in the last half of his life, but he was still in the hospital under surveillance and restricted his freedom, and was refused by the government to go abroad to receive better medical assistance, and finally died in the hospital). For example, in 2017, Taiwan scholar Li Mingzhe came to the mainland to visit friends. He was convicted and detained by the mainland government for his remarks. In the 15-year-old Causeway Bay Bookstore incident, the mainland police crossed the border to enforce the law, and the clerk was privately tied back to the mainland for detention, and tortured to extract a confession on TV. In 2019, Supreme Court Judge Wang Linqing needed to testify on TV to testify his guilt. A recent teacher from a middle school in Hunan reported on the school building project with tofu scum and was thrown into the playground for 16 years. There are also concentration camps for millions of Xinjiang people who have been illegally detained because of their freedom of religious belief.

This is just a random example. More often, we mainlanders know that what happened, we must try our best to create public opinion. Only when there is a public opinion problem can we solve the problem. In a normal democratic and rule of law country, what happens does not need to rely on public opinion, but only needs to be judged independently according to normal judicial procedures to get a relatively fair result. The reason why everyone knows that we need to rely on Weibo public opinion is because we all know in our hearts , This country's judicial injustice, the rule of man's privilege is rampant, and the unjust, false and wrongful convictions have never been interrupted.

Hong Kong does not have a firewall, there is no unified speech censorship by the Central Propaganda Department like the mainland, no posts are deleted, and there are independent media reports in Hong Kong. They clearly see the very poor legal environment in the mainland, so of course they do not want to send this ordinance to China. Passed, because friends who can read this article know that we don’t even have the most basic right to be free from fear. We are afraid of being reported and detained for drinking tea, so Hong Kong people are of course afraid. , will put everyone at risk, to make a metaphor.

For example, Lin Xi or Henry Zhang wrote a song about history or satirizing a corrupt official. If the corrupt official has great power, it can be said that Lin Xi is guilty of inciting subversion of state power. Although the regulations state that political prisoners will not be handed over, but China There is a word called “unnecessarily framed”. Once you say something the mainland doesn’t like, or report corruption, such as Chief Executive Carrie Lam, Carrie Lam can’t retaliate against you under Hong Kong’s legal environment, so she can cooperate with the mainland to frame you. One charge, if the prima facie evidence is established, can be transferred to the mainland for trial and detention, and this may lead to various inhumane things such as hide-and-seek death.

What are the consequences of this, because even if you do not commit a crime, if you normally write books and make movies because you respect historical facts and say things that the Communist Party does not like, the Chinese government may convict you and arrest you. For example, the business environment, the reason why the mainland Many companies like to list in Hong Kong because they value Hong Kong's good legal environment and fair supervision procedures. Once this regulation is passed, businessmen will be scruples, fearing that they will be caught back to the mainland or even have their assets frozen due to malicious competition and economic crimes. Corporate capital will be withdrawn from Hong Kong, and, more commonly, the need to stand in line and listen to the central government.

Therefore, once this ordinance is passed, the media will not dare to report freely, and citizens will not dare to perform their duties of supervising the government normally. This will lead to a comprehensive collapse of society, including economics, education, and the rule of law, and will eventually become like the mainland. Poisoned milk powder, poisoned vaccines, poisonous smog, rape of young girls in red, yellow and blue kindergartens, forced demolition by urban management, unresolved wage arrears, and disputes are likely to be ruled by law, no way to petition, and no sense of trust between people.

This is why all the people of Hong Kong have to stand up and fight to the death to resist this ordinance. They are not making trouble, not having enough to eat, but fighting for their own future, for the future of the next generation, not like many people in mainland China. The inherent concept says that people only have interests when they go to the streets, but for them, a free and just social system, a social system that allows people to see the future, and can change the future as long as they strive for fair competition is equally important.

We mainlanders can still go to Hong Kong to get vaccines, buy milk powder, and buy genuine cosmeceuticals, but if Hong Kong people don’t fight against the evil laws enforced by the government this time, the reason why Hong Kong has become one of the three major financial centers in the world, its modernization level, development level, the maturity of civil society, and the foundation of the world’s top democratic and legal systems will be destroyed. If we don’t fight now, where will Hong Kong people buy safe milk powder in the future? Therefore, Hong Kong people did not take to the streets with hatred, but took to the streets to protest with their deep love for the land for the next generation. In the dire straits, the poor living in Hong Kong are not bad, no matter the ultra-low cost of public hospitals with universal medical insurance, 12 years of free education, and public housing policies, they are much better than our mainland).

Since one million people took to the streets to oppose extradition on June 9, and then two million people took to the streets to oppose extradition on June 16, the ordinance required the government to respond to their demands, and then there was no difference between the 721 police and the underworld. Violent attacks on demonstrators and ordinary citizens, until now, out of desperation, they occupied the airport in order to force the government to respond to public opinion. During this process, five young citizens committed suicide in desperation because the government ignored public opinion and the police abused their power, and nearly 1,000 people In the process, peaceful and rational demonstrators had to face the continuous shooting of heavily armed explosion-proof police, countless pepper sprays, and smoke bombs when they only had paper skins, mineral water bottles, umbrellas, and masks. And the blows with sticks, in the case of passing the normal procession application process, they have to face the deliberate blocking and clearing of the scene by the explosion-proof police, and they are also unreasonably characterized by the government as thugs.

You must know that in a normal democratic country, peaceful demonstrations and demonstrations to express political demands and express dissatisfaction with the government are one of the most basic human rights of citizens, and they are justifiable, because the only purpose of the existence of the government is to serve and improve the well-being of the people. The economic source of all operations of the government also comes from the taxation of citizens. The government, which should have listened to public opinion, is now ignoring public opinion, even through excessive police violence, collusion between police and criminals, shooting at citizens, and indiscriminate arrests. There are still uninterrupted parades in the middle. Almost all sectors of society, lawyers, doctors, universities, trade unions, chambers of commerce, civil servants, etc., have come out to rally against the government and demand a response to public opinion, so everyone has that sentence, Now, apart from the Hong Kong police and the underworld supporting the Carrie Lam government, all the people are opposed to the government and demand that the government respond to the demands of the people).

What is this a bit like? Take an example from the mainland as an analogy, such as the Wuhan Yangluo incident a while ago. The people couldn’t bear the garbage dump and the incineration plant was built too close to the community, resulting in children getting cancer and respiratory diseases. The government had a peaceful dialogue, but the government didn’t respond and didn’t give a solution. Then the people knew that the government didn’t want to communicate, and they kept hiding. They had no choice but to go to petition. As soon as the parade took to the streets, the government began to respond, saying that you were gathering illegally and that you were causing trouble. Then, they sent a group of urban management officers and police officers in plainclothes to infiltrate the protesters, taking the lead in arson and beating the police. It's a thug, arresting all these people and not responding at all, why are they going to the streets, and who forced them into the streets.

It is through such cold violence that the Hong Kong government insists not to respond to public opinion, not to solve problems, but to arrest people who raise problems, and through hot violence, through countless poisonous smoke bombs, deadly rubber bullets, Headshot batons, the use of triads, sending police officers and triads to disguise themselves as demonstrators (the police have admitted to being demonstrators with different identities at the press conference), throwing flags and throwing petrol bombs, etc., to frame and divide the demonstrators in an attempt to reverse public opinion.

If I were a demonstrator, it would be really hard for me to exercise restraint in front of such shameless and inhumane police officers, and I would not be impulsive, but the demonstrators in Hong Kong are so peaceful and friendly. Even if the rogue government continues to ignore public opinion, rushing into the Legislative Council to express their demands is only limited and purposeful destruction, only breaking a few pieces of glass and graffiti on the walls. Cultural relics are protected, and soda drinks are returned, and they are evacuated after reading the declaration. After that, in every rally and demonstration, the demonstrators held a peaceful rally to express their demands, and every time there was a conflict, the police blocked the demonstration and the conflict escalated. (Although some criticize the misconduct of occupying the Legislative Council, when a government ignores public opinion and legislation no longer takes into account the will and rights of the people, the government and the legislature have been divorced from their fundamental purpose and have lost their legitimacy).

However, many people in mainland China seem to have misunderstandings about violence, and they are angry and condemned only when they see a little violence of the demonstrators. Besides, there is still a lot of violence that is framed by undercover agents, but they cannot see that the police, as public power, are in control Under the circumstance of powerful and completely unequal force, one should have been more restrained and cautious, but did not act at all to become an accomplice to the crime (721 Yuen Long night, let the underworld white men indiscriminately attack citizens and neighborhoods, pregnant women, and the police call disconnected. , the police saw the conflict and deliberately walked away from the gate of the drop gate).

Violence is divided into violence that kills innocent people indiscriminately, and violence that defends oneself and one's peers to fight back against injustice. We can't just ask peaceful demonstrators to be the perfect victim image. After all, in the face of such a huge civil movement, There is no platform, no leader, and no unified standard of action. It is completely self-organized by ordinary citizens like you and me, and it is difficult to tell the slightest mistake. Moreover, the excessive violence of the police is turned a blind eye with double standards.

It needs to be said here that many people in mainland China have a great cognitive bias towards what happened in Hong Kong during this period of time. Of course, the public cannot be blamed, but the public opinion offensive under the control of the Communist Party is deliberately inciting disputes between mainlanders and Hong Kong compatriots. We all know that there is no freedom of speech and press in the mainland, and there seem to be many different media in the mainland, but in fact all the media are surnamed the party, and there is only one voice, and if there is a slight difference from the official statement, the post will be deleted and the account will be banned. And criminal detention, here are just a few of the recent reports on how the same incident has been turned upside down in mainland China.

For example, the report from the mainland side about the finger-cutting incident in Xincheng Square that day, the report from the mainland side cuts to the end, does not tell the cause of the incident, but only focuses on how the demonstrators violently and cruelly cut off the fingers of the police with pliers. But the fact is that the first person was surrounded by many police officers (the police had no warrant, and it was self-defense under excessive violence), and he was forced to bite with his teeth. Several facts, the first is that he did not bite off, The second one is not the severed finger that is widely circulated on the Internet in mainland China. That picture is of the middle finger, but the actual injury is the ring finger. The third picture is not of the person's hand, and the fourth is not cut with pliers. In the video at that time It's a baton. On the mainland side, in addition to such selective reports that reversed black and white, there is no mention of the abuse of power by the police that day, such as the violence of rushing into private properties to arrest and beat people indiscriminately. The conflicts that could have been avoided were completely avoided because the police The containment escalated by preventing demonstrators from getting on the subway and leaving.

Others include the incident of the elderly at the airport. The cause of the incident was that the old man got off the plane and pushed the farmer first in the departure hall (similar to the familiar cosplay in mainland China, who was covered with wish memo stickers and stood still. At that time, the victim had called the police on the spot, and then On the way to the bus station, they still tore the slogans of the demonstrators along the way to the ground. The demonstrators who knew the situation wanted to stop the old man from leaving, but were pushed to the ground by the old man. More people got up and wanted to stop the old man from leaving. Hope The old man apologized, don't run away, and wait for the police to deal with it. There has been no violence in this process, but more young people come to stop the old man from leaving, because the old man is unreasonable first. I hope the old man apologizes, but in mainland China, there is no reason, just a paragraph of protesters The video that stopped the old man from leaving said that Hong Kong thugs beat the old man.

In addition, what is even more shameful recently is that the media inside the wall is completely black and white, and it will come when they lie and cheat. The fact is that the police shot a medical staff in violation of regulations, causing the lady to be permanently blind in the right eye, but inside the wall was reported as a fellow protester My own people blinded their own eyes. In this way, when journalists from all over the world gathered in Hong Kong, they ignored the facts, fabricated fake news, and incited hatred against Hong Kong among the people who did not know the truth.

In addition, the so-called Global Times reporter incident was called at the airport recently. The reason was because Fu Guohao wore a reporter's vest to take a frontal photo of the demonstrators. When asked about his identity, he said he was a tourist and did not wear a press card. The demonstrators have experienced uncontrolled police brutality before, as well as police black collusion, blinding the demonstrators. The police continued to beat people to vent their personal anger while subduing people, treating citizens as enemies, and the government instigated to condone the local black people. Crossing Hong Kong with mainlanders, cutting demonstrators to the bone, and indiscriminately arresting demonstrators through surveillance footage, in this context, the demonstrators have reasonable grounds to suspect that you photographed my face and questioned whether you were undercover from the police or from the mainland. special.

The evidence that followed just confirmed the suspicions of the demonstrators. From his carry-on backpack, he found one in black and one in blue for the police. He can mix himself into the identity of a protester and a journalist at any time, and he can also pretend to be a supporter of the police if needed. That's why the demonstrators surrounded Fu Guohao, then tied up his hands and feet, and questioned him. During this process, some demonstrators who could not control their emotions hit him briefly with their hands, umbrellas, demonstration boards, and mineral water bottles. He was stopped by the demonstrators next to him and surrounded by a human wall to protect Guohao, and repeatedly called on the demonstrators not to beat him again, and quickly called a medical team to clean up and check the injury for him, and finally escorted him into an ambulance to leave. Is this also called violence relative to the level of police and gang violence? However, all the reports in the wall only emphasized that the reporter was beaten by thugs during normal interviews, and emphasized that he supported the police. In the end, the police overcame difficulties and entered the airport to rescue him. Instead, he was protected by demonstrators and medical staff who took into account the overall situation.

Of course, it is wrong to just look at individual demonstrators who bound and searched people at the airport, but if you can understand this background, I believe everyone can understand the anger of the demonstrators.

By the way, some mainland friends asked, if the protesters did nothing wrong, why do they need to wear masks, this is really a judgment made because they have no understanding of the incident, because the Hong Kong police abused their power. And cameras are used everywhere to settle accounts after the fall, so demonstrators wear masks, one is to prevent being photographed and settled after the fall, and the other is to protect themselves from inhaling the police's tear gas, but there are also many people who are not afraid of the police accusations of not wearing masks. On the other hand, Why do demonstrators blame them for wearing masks, but they can't see the police's excessive violence and abuse of power. In order to escape accusations and protect their own safety, don't they even hide their appointment warrants? Even if the police do bad things, they are afraid of being photographed by reporters and wear goggles, so why don't you ask what the police are afraid of?

Some friends also said that they all collected money to go to the parade. Yes, there are indeed reports that there is evidence that some people have collected money, but those evidences show that the people who received the money are supporting the police, because the police have abused their power and violence, and lost their money. Public opinion, not many people support. That's why I spent money to find some people to participate in the rally for the police, and then sent the report back to the mainland to deceive the people and incite hatred against Hong Kong. Moreover, these people who were bought by the money to participate in the rally for the police did not have a right or wrong position, so once it was over Just throw the flag in hand into the trash can and pile it all over the floor.

(There is a video of reporters' on-site interviews at the support police rally. Judging from the on-site answers, the people who came to support the police did not understand the incident at all, because many of them were passed by the pro-China pro-establishment faction and the fellow villagers, cash, shopping coupons, etc., from Guangzhou and Shenzhen. Uncles and aunts rented from Hong Kong. Some people even photographed that after the end of the rally for the police, some groups distributed money to the crowd near the Admiralty Station of the MTR. There is even a pro-police congressman Ho Junyao who publicly claimed to have a lot of money, etc. Well, there must be some friends who say that I haven’t seen this, I don’t believe it. Then think about it, if it’s true as the pro-communist media in mainland China and Hong Kong say, people who come out to march are paid for, then who has such a big The amount of funds to send money? If it is 1,000 yuan per person (the average daily salary of Hong Kong people is about 1,000 yuan, so 1,000 yuan is not much, and it is not very attractive to Hong Kong people. Instead, chartered car transfers are idle in the mainland, Shenzhen and Guangzhou all day long. Wu’s uncle and aunt are more attractive), one million people is 1 billion yuan, and two million people are 2 billion yuan. Who can get such a huge amount of money?

And it's not more than one time, even if you can take it out, how will you distribute it? transfer? Will it be tracked down by records, distributed in cash? How big of a truck can it fit, and at the same time evade the detection of the police in Hong Kong? Moreover, since June 12, the police have fired a large number of deadly rubber bullets and sack gas bombs and united gangsters, hitting a large number of demonstrators to the point of bleeding, and even knocking out a medical staff's eyeball to blindness. The leg was chopped to the bone and covered in blood, not only the front-line demonstrators were treated like this, but the demonstrators in the rear still faced violent beatings by the police and riot charges that would face 3-10 years in prison if caught. When I think about it, I don't think I will believe the argument that peaceful protesters have received money to participate in the parade. Even if they give you 100,000 yuan, blind you in one eye, or go to jail for 10 years, are you willing? Only the insistence on justice and freedom, in order to protect the future of the next generation, and the observance of conscience, can so many Hong Kong people stand up bravely even when they know that they may suffer such a huge price.

Others said that since money can't buy it, it must be incited. You must know that the whole movement is not only for young middle school students, but also for a wider range of people. College students, barristers, elite civil servants, university professors, doctors, pilots, etc., almost all sectors participated (not like some media in mainland China said that all those who participated were losers), are they all incited and brainwashed? Since it is so easy to be incited, why can't the Hong Kong government incite the Hong Kong people to shout at Carrie Lam's leader, long live Carrie Lam, when it has a powerful propaganda agency and resources? Instead, they came out to oppose the Lam Cheng government? If it is so easy to be incited by brainwashing and Hong Kong people are so indecisive, why is Hong Kong's education still ranked among the top three in the world? If Hong Kong education cultivates a group of people who are easily brainwashed, why do our mainland students squeeze their heads and want to go to university in Hong Kong? It is also said that it was used by the United States, and the United States is supporting it. If the United States government is really supporting it, the demonstrators need to use cardboard, plastic wrap, mineral water bottles, ordinary hard hats, and umbrellas to fight the heavily armed police. Bloodshed?

And how can the mainland media discredit the propaganda, saying that Hong Kong independence leader Huang Zhifeng met with US government officials, behind the support of the US government, and was used by foreign forces. The first Huang Zhifeng is not the leader of this movement. This movement has no leaders and no big platform, because if there are leaders who have been suppressed by the government long ago, and then there are no leaders, the movement will end. The reason why it has continued is because the Hong Kong government has always ignored public opinion, and Hong Kong is one of the regions with the most mature civil society development in the world. Almost every citizen feels that social and political participation is extremely important, because political policies will affect everyone. A person's future is at stake, so he must stand up for freedom and justice against tyranny. In addition, Huang Zhifeng's political views have always advocated that under the framework of one country, two systems, the central government will fulfill its promise to give Hong Kong people a high degree of autonomy, rather than Hong Kong independence. The reason for meeting with foreign government officials is to call on the international community not to continue selling weapons to the Hong Kong police to violently suppress peaceful protesters, and to explain to foreign reporters, government members and other government members what happened in Hong Kong, and to call for international rescue. Hong Kong is an international financial center, and a large number of foreigners live and work here. It is absurd to say that foreign forces are involved. The word foreign forces is a political vocabulary of the CCP, and it is stigmatized like Hong Kong independence.

So there is a common sense here, that is, the police are not always the guardians of justice, and the police may also do evil and be turned into political tools of thugs and politicians by the high-level government for their own personal gain. To draw an analogy, it is like Nazi Germany during Hitler's time. At that time, the German police, for Hitler's personal rule, carried out white terror suppression and surveillance on all Germans. Should the police support this? I think you will definitely judge that at this time, the police are no longer the embodiment of justice, but thugs in the cloak of justice.

The incidents I mentioned above have complete video records, live pictures, and reports from front-line reporters. If you have been following the development of the Hong Kong incident, you can easily find these evidences. But inside the wall, there is only one voice of the official media, and once pictures, articles and videos involving facts and events in Hong Kong cannot be sent out. A friend asked me, how do you judge that what you see is true, but have you ever thought about why the government does not open the firewall, why does not let people see information that is different from his. If he didn't cheat, why would he be afraid of confronting people, that is, if there is no firewall, you say you are right, and others say he is right, that's fine, everyone can show evidence and let people judge for themselves. But now the Chinese government, on the contrary, only allows him to speak for himself and not others to speak. What if he cheats.

Human beings have the ability to rationally judge and think. In an environment of freedom of the press, there are comparisons, different viewpoints collide, and different evidences can be seen to form a chain of evidence. Then you only need to make a judgment based on your own rational conscience and common sense. It's like a lawyer deciding a case in court. If you deny this, if you say that there is no truth in this society, and people can't see the facts, that is to deny the rationality of human beings and the possibility of social progress.

Let me mention the incident of insulting the national emblem that many people in our mainland hate gnashing of teeth, and tell me what I think about insulting the national emblem.

First of all, the country cannot be compared to a mother. People are free people before the establishment of a country. They can work freely, produce speech, and maintain private property. The purpose of establishing a country is to better protect and enhance these rights that existed before the establishment of the country. One's own happy life and labor income are not gifts from the national government (instead, the government is supported by the people's tax money), but the income of one's own hard work. Therefore, people have no patriotic obligation, just like you said that community owners have the obligation to love the property. , isn't this absurd, the reason why people love their country is just like loving their family and friends, it is a natural emotion, you are good to me, you protect my rights everywhere and provide me with convenience Of course love you, not forcing others to love. The country mentioned here can be specifically described as the ruling party and government of the country, as well as its symbol, the national emblem, and so on. When this national emblem represents a brutal regime, such as Nazi Germany under Hitler, the Nazis also have a national emblem. The national emblem is just a symbol without any meaning. Just like a ring, if it is given to you by a boy who loves you very much, you want to protect it very much. If it is given by a disgusting scumbag, you may immediately want to smash it and throw it in the trash.

And the subsequent incident of throwing the national flag into the sea is said to be suspected of being undercover by the police (I haven't paid attention to it in the follow-up). Friends who know the source can help tell me.

So here is an explanation why Hong Kong, which was once the Pearl of the Orient, has become what it is today in more than two months. Is the root cause caused by these demonstrators? Of course not, the demonstrators are just people who raise questions, are they caused by the police, are they caused by the Hong Kong government? Of course, it can be said that the Hong Kong government has created the current chaotic situation, and the problem is very easy to solve. As long as the government responds to the five demands of the citizens, order can be restored immediately, but the most fundamental reason is the Chinese government and the Chinese Communist Party. In fact, at the beginning, there was only one demand, which was to withdraw the evil law of extradition. The other four demands were made during the movement. Specifically, 1. Immediately withdraw the ordinance on extradition (the Lam administration played a procrastination war and a game of words, and replaced it with the end of its life). Withdrawal, without legal effect) 2. Drop the charges against peaceful protesters (the police indiscriminately arrest many people) 3. Drop the government's characterization of the riots of the Peace-Loving Hong Kong Movement 4. Establish an independent committee to pursue police abuses 5. Immediately implement dual general election.

After knowing these five demands of Hong Kong people's struggle, I know that they did not ask for Hong Kong independence at all, and it is not the propaganda in the mainland that they took to the streets to fight for Hong Kong independence. It has ulterior motives and is used to stimulate and incite hatred between mainlanders and Hong Kong compatriots.

Let’s talk about Hong Kong’s independence. Why do we feel so angry when we hear a few people in Hong Kong say that we want to be independent? Why do we like independent and free professions, independent musicians, independent writers, and so much prefer the word independence, but we don’t care about Hong Kong. The word alone is so sensitive, just like an unfortunate marriage, I don't think I can live with you, and I want to get a divorce and pursue the life I want. Why should I be blamed?

Here I think, every time a parade sees someone holding a British flag and misses the era of the British Hong Kong government, shouldn’t the mainland government reflect on itself more, why does Hong Kong still feel that it is still under the British rule of Hong Kong for more than 20 years after its return? More freedom, more human rights and the rule of law?

In addition, a previous article circulating in the mainland wrote that Hong Kong people are second-class citizens under British rule, but the opinion is not true, and it was Zhou Enlai who blocked the British from giving the people of Hong Kong the right to elect a parliament.

Why do we have to hold on to our narrow national sentiments and the so-called celestial power concept? Why do you threaten to directly attack the army to take over when Hong Kong people mention independence? Wouldn't it be more like fascists and invaders than siblings.

If we recognize that everyone has the right to their own destiny and can freely pursue the future they want, then a group and a region also have the natural right to determine their own destiny. Whether or not to choose independence is the choice of everyone in Hong Kong. Why do we mainlanders interfere? Why can't we bless them from the bottom of our hearts, as long as they have freedom and human rights and can live happily, they call Hong Kong, China, or Hong Kong, or UK Hong Kong, it really doesn't matter.

What's more, they are not asking for Hong Kong independence. From the beginning to the present, there is no Hong Kong independence in the appeal. Hong Kong people also said that they are Chinese at the beginning. , is also forced by the central government, which is the central government's step-by-step interference with the rule of law in Hong Kong to suppress Hong Kong's free space. Failure to abide by the "Sino-British Joint Declaration" promises to maintain Hong Kong's capitalist way of life and cultural rule of law, the high degree of autonomy for Hong Kong people to rule Hong Kong will remain unchanged for 50 years. The members of the Legislative Councils of various districts, appointed the chief executive of Hong Kong, and the pro-democracy Legislative Council members who were elected by DQ (revoked) with high votes, step by step, took away the rights that should belong to the people of Hong Kong. The Basic Law of Hong Kong states that Hong Kong can gradually achieve dual universal suffrage, with universal suffrage for the chief executive and members of the Legislative Council.

Just imagine if the "Sino-British Joint Declaration" with legal effect can really give the people of Hong Kong a real high degree of autonomy, without interfering with them, and free development of politics, economy and culture, who would want to be independent? The reason why there are voices who want independence and those who oppose China (in fact, Hong Kong people are against the evil Chinese government and the Communist Party, not ordinary Chinese) is also because the central government continues to suppress the Hong Kong people through the Carrie Lam puppet government. Autonomy and due rights. When Hong Kong people find out that their textbooks will be changed to love the party textbooks, their right to vote will be deprived, and they will be bullied by urban management like the mainland in the future. It's a lie. When they tried to communicate with the central government to ask for the rights they should have, but they were not accepted, so for their own future, they were left with the only road to independence. Just like in a family, a domestic abuser refuses to calm down with the woman to discuss a solution to the problem, does not allow the woman to sit at dinner, does not treat the woman as a human being, and treats her as a servant instead of giving her due respect. In life, of course, only divorce is left to take the road of independence. But at present, if the central government and the Hong Kong government still insist on not responding to public opinion and insist on forcing the Hong Kong people on the road to independence, then it is not the fault of the Hong Kong people. Rather, the government deliberately forced division. But at present, Hong Kong people still hope to solve the problem under the framework of one country, two systems under the premise of one China, and hope that the government will honor its promise.

I've probably talked about the protest movement in Hong Kong here, so what does it have to do with us mainlanders?

What I want to say is that as a human being, we cannot repay our kindness and revenge, we cannot be so forgetful, we cannot easily forget all the evil done by that evil regime, and we cannot forget all the help Hong Kong people have given to us mainlanders from the past to the present. .

From the founding of the CCP in 1949, to the Great Leap Forward famine, the anti-rightist movement, the 10-year Cultural Revolution, the 1989 student movement, the various struggle movements launched by the CCP in the past few decades have led to the tragic death of a large number of people fleeing. Dele "Refuge", after the reform and opening up, when foreign capital did not dare to come to the mainland, a large number of Hong Kong businessmen came to the poor and poor mainland to build factories and brought a lot of capital and technology, so that our parents could have the opportunity to work and earn money to support their families. , and even the 1989 student movement, Hong Kong people mobilized all over Hong Kong, held a democratic song for China, and raised donations for mainland compatriots. At that time, almost all Hong Kong stars such as Teresa Teng, Anita Mui beyond Maggie Cheung, etc. stood up to support the patriotic movement of Beijing students, and more A large number of Hong Kong citizens went to Beijing to support in person. In addition to the 1998 flood and the 2008 earthquake, Hong Kong mobilized a lot of money and materials to help us mainlanders. It is worth mentioning that in the 2008 earthquake, Hong Kong's population was only 7 million. , the donation amount is as high as 20 billion Hong Kong dollars, which is the largest donation in the world to help the mainland, and it surpasses all provinces and cities in the mainland. There are more examples of Hong Kong people helping us mainlanders... What is even more rare is that we mainlanders have failed to fight 89 The student movement was unfairly characterized by the government as a riot. For so many years, we dared not speak out and protest, but the people of Hong Kong have instead appealed to the tyranny to seek justice.

The world can't find anything better than Hong Kong people to us mainlanders.

As a mainlander, in front of Hong Kong people, I feel really guilty and shameful. The consequences of all these struggles should have been borne by us mainlanders, but now Hong Kong people are bleeding for us, imprisoned and even losing their lives. It is ours Indifference and indifference lead to dictatorship and totalitarianism becoming more and more arrogant, until it endangers everyone.

Hong Kong people are not only fighting for their future, but they are also fighting for our mainlanders to enjoy freedom. We are continuing to realize the unfulfilled long-cherished wish of the young people in Beijing 30 years ago. What we mainlanders and Hong Kong people face They are all from the same evil communist government that oppresses people, exploits people, alienates people, and anti-humanity. We and the people of Hong Kong are compatriots whose blood is thicker than water, but the Party media continue to brainwash the people through the media that turns black and white, and incites Hong Kong people. hatred. This is what dictatorships love to do. While maintaining stability in the country through repressive policies, the economic and people's livelihood and human rights conditions continue to decline, while diverting people's attention through hatred and continuing to maintain his rule.

This is a struggle between the forces of justice and evil. It is not like some friends in the mainland say that there is no right or wrong. No, this struggle has obvious right and wrong, and it is not only about Hong Kong, the mainland, and Taiwan. It's about the whole world, it's about everyone, all of us are one, under the same sky, no one can stay out of injustice, today we don't denounce protests against dictatorships, tomorrow it Erosion will harm you.

In the past two months of protests, I have seen the madness and brutality of the Hong Kong government and police controlled by the Communist Party. They have used insidious means to suppress the Hong Kong protesters who are reasonable, just, just and peaceful.

Kindness is not just sympathetic help for the weak, but also when we face injustice and cruelty, we need to stand up bravely to resist. We cannot leave Hong Kong people alone, Hong Kong needs the help of the world.

We mainlanders have basically lost all good things and the most basic human rights. As I type this, my heart is still filled with fear. I hope that the future of Hong Kong people will not become the same as ours.

Freedom never falls from the sky. I hope we mainlanders can work together. I hope that one day we will be able to speak and talk freely, and meet each other in this free land, and our hearts will no longer be full of fear.

Come on Hong Kong! Come on mainland!
