According to Cambridge Dictionary, professionalism is defined as the combination of qualities connected with trained and skilled people.

In short, it is basically how you perform your profession. Some say it is just a bunch of people who follow work related ethics well. Some think that these professional people prioritize their duties against other aspects like hindrance and emotions.

I was surprised when I saw a different perspective of comment on professionalism that I never thought of. In the statement, it was mentioned that professionalism is a form of love. As we tend to see people who act professional are cold and indifferent towards others at time. In another way, they are actually fond of their job and paid actual respect to it.

This statement gave me a hard slap on my face. I was making jokes on something I shouldn't . Like people say, your presence makes an impression, you have to make sure your words are as professional as you.
