#Anarchist | Talking to myself

May 18-24, 2020

Kaiyan: This is a translation week and a learning week. It looks horrible, doesn't it!
GOALS OF THIS WEEK:
1) Class: Gather data (30 non-Chinese responses), Lit Review
2) Prelims:
3) Paper:
4) UNESCO: Finish 30 pages
5) Conference: Access videos (at least 15 per day)[ only five whole week ]

Monday : [5.5H]
UNESCO: 5.5H [page 3-6]
One word: wake up late, shoulder pain, bad news, fix curtains, go out to buy groceries; work in the afternoon. For the bad news, I am still trying to solve it, but I don't want to be affected this month.

Tuesday : [5H]
UNESCO: 5H [page 7-9]
One word: There is a problem with the footnotes during the calibration work and needs to be transferred to a new document, and the previous revisions have been copied again. . . [Imagine a depressed face here] Chatting with friends while taking a bath at night is a lot more relaxing.

Wednesday : [7.5H]
UNESCO: 5.5H [page 9-14]
Conference: 2H [5 videos]
Yiyan: Following yesterday's changes, add a new calibration section. Took melatonin in the bath last night, went to bed early but woke up late :(

Thursday :
UNESCO: 6H [page 14-19]
One word: I got up early but went to bed again, because my body is not feeling well, I am better now! The revision is still going on slowly. .

Friday :
UNESCO: 1.5H [page 19-20]
One word: Recently, my body has been uncomfortable, and my biological clock is completely messed up. I am still not quite used to the new environment.

WEEKDAYS :
UNESCO: 23.5H | Conference: 2H = 25.5H [Ave: 5.1H]

Saturday :
UNESCO: 10.5H [page 20-32]
One word: I've used up a sachet of 20 pieces of Salonpas, and my shoulders really hurt :( I sat in front of the computer all day to proofread again. I did half of my work in a week. Now I can almost one page per hour, forget it It took time to realize that I have been sitting in front of the computer for so long today! My head feels so stiff hahaha :(

Sunday :
UNESCO: 9H [page 33-42]
Yiyan: I recorded it and found that it is really almost one page per hour, and it is still this rhythm. At this rate, two days of hard work will be enough!

WEEKENDS:
UNESCO: 19.5H = 19.5H [Ave: 9.75]

Weekly Diary:
After this week, in the first half of the week, I slept every day until I woke up at noon, ate lunch, played for nearly two hours, and then started to work; in the second half of the week, I gradually got up early every day, ate breakfast, worked, and played less and less, and I was busy with work. . Gradually, I found a sense of self-discipline.
The original task to complete this week was to correct 30 pages, but I have completed 42 pages! Yay, have fun!
The seminar paper didn't work at all. Although it seemed that gather 30+ non-Chinese responses could not be achieved, I came up with a changed idea while taking a shower one day. I will start this paper in the second half of next week.
Regarding the Conference, everyone's videos are very long. It seems that I am the only one who has followed the time limit... The Top papers are very interesting, but it seems that it is not cost-effective to spend too much time watching so many videos, especially when I have a bunch of dues, because You can also watch the journal later. Simply did not continue to spend time on the conference.
This week, I deeply felt the chill, and fortunately, I have the comfort of the guidance of my friends. All is well now, thanks.

GOALS OF NEXT WEEK:
1) Class: Final paper
2) Prelims:
3) Paper:
4) UNESCO: Finish All [page 42-61] [double-check from beginning] [footnote #] [send to staff with explanation of procedure]
5) Conference: Check comments/feedback for my own, watch another 5+/-

Share a video of managing time at work:
The entire video is eight hours long and divided into two parts. The first four hours, a 40-minute break in between, and another four hours. Every hour is divided into 50 minutes of study and 10 minutes of rest. The background sound during study is the comfortable sound of rain, and the background sound during rest is piano performance. Sitting all the time is very, very bad for my body and health. Although I sometimes continue to work even when it is time for a break, when the piano music plays, there will be a sense of achievement of "Five minutes of concentration "!
