LikeCoin parameter adjustment proposal #64

This is a parameter change proposal to increase fee for both x/iscn and x/likenft module.

What does this change mean?

For creators

If you only want to register ISCN: update ISCN will spend 10x more, but it will be still neglect-able (0.018 LIKE for average fee setting)

If you want to go further create your Writing NFT: creating NFT class and minting NFT will spend 2x more, but it will be still neglect-able (0.0034 LIKE and 2.8 LIKE respectively for average fee setting)

For NFT collectors

Collectors will use "Grant" module to buy NFT, so there will be no change. (0.002 LIKE for average fee setting)

For community

Those modules' fee will be collected by chain (like gas), so it will go to validator and community pool, which makes the ecosystem more robust and healthy.

Why this is important to the community?

ISCN and Writing NFT are real products, which is quite valuable and commendable among web3 world, however, the real products always have cost, so it is essential to keep the economy sustainable.

The current fee is almost zero, and it's better to adjust it to reflect the chain cost gradually, also, a reasonable fee structure can also help improving the demand side of $LIKE tokenomics, which is critical to our ecosystem.

As a participant, we should be aware to keep LikeCoin from becoming a public tragedy. This proposal is quite a small change, thus it should not stop the growth of our product.

As a validator, I'd like to take this chance to kickoff the awareness to review the fee consistently, and it is just a start for the community to judge if this is a good direction or not.

for creators

If you just want to register ISCN, any update fee to ISCN will become 10 times, but it is small enough to be ignored (0.018 LIKE for average fee setting)

If you want to further create a Writing NFT, the cost of this part will be doubled, but it is still small enough to be ignored (respectively 0.0034 LIKE and 2.8 LIKE for average fee setting)

For NFT collectors

Since the collection uses the "Grant" mod, there will be no change to the cost. (0.002 LIKE for average fee setting)

for the community as a whole

The fee income of these modules will be collected on the chain and distributed to validators and community pools (just like gas), making the ecology healthier.

Why is this important to the community?

ISCN and Writing NFT are practical products, not only in the Cosmos ecology, but also in the web3 world; however, real products must be accompanied by costs, so it is also very important to adjust the parameters on the chain in a timely manner to make the economy sustainable.

Currently these fees are almost zero (basically free considering the $LIKE price), so I think fees should be gradually adjusted to reflect on-chain costs, and a reasonable fee structure can also improve tokens on the demand side The economy, which is extremely important to the community.

As an ecological participant, we should consciously avoid making LikeCoin a tragedy of the commons. And the cost increase of this proposal is only a very small change, so I believe it will not have a negative impact on product growth.

As a validator, I also want to take this opportunity to call on the community to take the initiative to examine the fee structure on the chain and participate in the discussion together. This is just the beginning.
