Revisiting: Dr. Nicolas Kokkalis, co-founder of Pi Network, used to be a blockchain wizard. So the creators of Ipfs, the creators of Oracle, the creators of Qtum, the creators of Neo and other heavyweights all gathered in the 2018 Stanford CS 359B course.

Designing Decentralized Applications on the Blockchain 2018 CS 359B is written directly on Dr. Nicolas Kokkalis ' CV at Stanford University.

Stanford CS 359B

Behind Dr. Nicolas Kokkalis . I think Pi Network is not as simple as we thought. The implications behind the impact are far beyond our comprehension. Can't ignore one second of lightning in the Pi app every day! Nicolas has been a blockchain researcher at Stanford University and a member of the Stanford Blockchain Alliance. If it is not a real mentor in the blockchain, it is impossible to invite so many representatives of the blockchain industry to participate in this course CS 359B .

 Dr. Nicolas Kokkalis, Technical Director of Pi Network: "Became a post-doctoral researcher at Stanford University and lecturer in Stanford's first decentralized applications class; combining distributed systems and human-computer interaction brought cryptocurrency to the Ordinary people."

The CS 359B Blockchain Application Design course is also a proud course of Dr. Nicolas Kokkalis ' teaching career at Stanford University. In the new course of Stanford University in 2021 this year, Dr. Nicholas participated as a guest lecturer!

The main reason is actually because many heavyweight blockchain figures are in the same place as he is in this course, and Nicholas still plays a pivotal role as a blockchain researcher and lecturer. Famous people about blockchain include the founder of Ipfs, the founder of Oracle, the founder of Qtum, the founder of Neo…

class summary

This project-based course focuses on understanding the elements of blockchain application development. Students will learn methods for designing, implementing, and evaluating programs on fault-tolerant cryptocurrency systems. Such a system can be thought of as a giant globally slow distributed computer with a common store that communicates with the real world via oracles. In addition to the lectures, there will be a quarter-long project for students to design, implement and evaluate a novel distributed application on a modern blockchain, such as the application of Ethereum or NEO cryptocurrencies. The Bitcoin blockchain will also be briefly discussed as background.

Cribtori - Crypto pets come with their own crib.

The above CS 359B course is an affirmation of the ability of Dr. Nicolas Kokkalis by the entire blockchain industry. It is also a representative course of Stanford University.

 Dr. Nicolas Kokkalis has long believed in the technical, financial and social potential of cryptocurrencies, but is frustrated with their current limitations.
Pi Network is committed to bringing the power of blockchain to more people, improving the current experience and creating value for everyone. We disrupt the development process of new blockchains by adopting a user-centric design philosophy. In the beta version, everyone is invited to join the network. Dr. Kokkalis will iterate the protocol with everyone to decentralize the design results.

Dr. Nicolas Kokkalis "The current result is Pi Network, a new currency and peer-to-peer network that is currently operating in more than 150 countries and 30 languages. Pi Network is 100% of my professional commitment, and my beloved wife and My son takes 100% of my personal commitment."
If you haven't joined Pi Network yet, join now! Create a blockchain project that belongs to everyone with us!

 Tip: You don't need to keep the Pi app open, the Pi won't affect phone performance or drain battery power or use network data. You can even close the app after pressing the lightning button and you'll keep mining the Pi. The mining of Pi will stop every 24 hours, press the ⚡️ lightning button once again, repeat every day until the end of the distribution
