Amazing acupuncture

Many years ago, I switched to an ergonomic mouse . After using it for a few days, my wrist hurt so bad. In fact, I felt a little uncomfortable at first. I thought I would get used to it. However, after using it for a few more days, my wrist became more and more painful. I once went to see the mouse. Physical therapy was available, but it was too expensive, so I didn’t see it again until it healed.

Later, the pain slowly started to move upward from the cup of the hand, and slowly moved to the lower part of the elbow. It was the most painful at that time. I suffer from hand pain every day. It is not serious, but it is uncomfortable. Sometimes I think, this The hand pain will probably never get better. (Although I did not receive physical therapy, I still managed it on my own, such as using pain relief patches and pain relief massage cream.)

The pain continued to move up and moved to my upper arm. Once after a massage at a beauty salon, the person patted my arm, which turned out to be black and bruised. After the patting, I felt relieved a lot. I was no longer bothered so much, but I was still a little uncomfortable. , but basically does not affect daily life.

However, it still hurts every time I raise my right hand. When I took off my swimsuit after trying swimming, the pain was so painful that I couldn't complete the task. Every time I moved my right hand while doing yoga, I felt extremely painful.

Other than that, everything was fine, so I ignored it, thinking that the pain would keep moving up and eventually it would disappear. (I think it’s so beautiful)

Now the pain is near my shoulder. When I was doing Pilates last week, I mentioned the problem of hand pain to my instructor. The instructor is a physical therapist. She said that if the pain continues to move up, I will get neck pain.

As soon as I heard about neck pain, I immediately didn't dare to take it lightly and decided to take it seriously.

Physical therapy is too expensive, so I suddenly thought of acupuncture.

Half a year ago, I had severe shoulder and neck pain. It hurt every day when I woke up. I kept applying painkillers and massages, but it didn't improve much. In short, it just hurt. Later, my colleagues introduced me to acupuncture. I didn’t believe that acupuncture could help me much, but I had no choice but to give it a try. As a result, after only two acupuncture sessions, the pain was gone, and there has been no recurrence in the past six months.

Because of previous successful experiences, I went to the same doctor this time.

After explaining the situation, she told me that a shot in the arm was very effective, but very painful.

I said I'm not afraid of pain, come on.

The doctor inserted a needle into the tiger's mouth of my right hand. It hurt a little at first, but it was not as painful as she described, and I felt nothing after the needle was removed.

I raised my right hand according to the doctor's instructions. Hey, it didn't hurt at all.

The acupuncture point thing is really amazing. The pain in the upper arm immediately disappears when a needle is inserted into the tiger's mouth.

This is an immediate effect. After completing this treatment, although the pain has not completely disappeared, it has been reduced by 80%. At least I can now raise my right hand without pain, but there is still a little soreness. I believe that as long as I continue the treatment, it will It can probably be solved. (This doctor doesn’t know how to treat procrastination)

Now I can’t help but wonder, why did I put off dealing with it for so long? Just because I thought it was expensive, because I was afraid of trouble, because the pain was relieved, and because I hoped that the pain would disappear naturally, I let my hand hurt for a year and a half.

It is not unreasonable for Chinese medicine to treat patients with superficial symptoms. If you feel any discomfort, you should treat it immediately. This is a waste of time and trouble for yourself.
