[Fine dining] One Michelin star T+T

The chef is good at making Taiwanese dishes with French dishes like fried dumplings with salted pork

The fine dining Michelin dinner has been suspended for several months due to the epidemic

This is the first Michelin one-star T+T to eat after the unblocking (dining date 2021/10/25 )

This is the seating arrangement in the kitchen

It was super difficult to book a seat before the pandemic

The price of the package is 2280 yuan/person (previously it was 1850 yuan/person)

Although there is an increase, it is relatively cheap compared to other Michelin star restaurants

The chef is good at making Taiwanese dishes with French dishes (like fried dumplings with salted pork and wheel cakes)

-The chef's appetizer is not on the menu, but the oyster noodles are fried oyster crisps and wrapped in fried noodles

The main course is a choice of lamb or wagyu beef

- Lamb and eggplant taste increased

I don't usually eat beef, so I ordered the lamb, which is very tender and has no sheepish taste.

There are 2 sets of desserts available after this is one of the sets

The dinner was originally scheduled for mid-May, the week the pandemic started

It was canceled because it was announced that it could not be used for domestic use. Now it is finally possible to enjoy it at the restaurant again because it has been unsealed.

Fine dining enjoys not only the chef's meticulous menu, but also the restaurant atmosphere, etc.

If you can't eat indoors, it will have a great impact on fine dining.
