Function Update Announcement｜Added "Close Response Area" function, search function optimization and interface adjustment

There are two feature updates this time. We have added a "Close Response Area" function, and authors can decide whether to open comments for new articles. In addition, the accuracy of search on the site has been optimized. Whether it is the search title, user name or tag name, the accuracy has been improved, which can help users find more content they want to see.

1. Added "Close Response Area" function

In the past, the response area of Matters articles has always been open by default, and now the function of "closing the response area" has been added.

The tentative rule of this function is that if the response area is closed by default, it can be modified to open through "Revise Works"; once it is modified to open, the response area will remain open.

For new articles after this function is launched, you can choose "Open" or "Close" in the editor. Articles that have been published before the launch of this function will maintain the status quo, that is, open for responses.

2. Search function optimization and interface adjustment

Matters has accumulated a large number of articles since its establishment. As the volume of content increases, a good search tool becomes more and more important. This Matters has optimized the search function on the site, which can be divided into two parts:

We have adjusted the interface and information presentation of the results page to make it easier for users to find what they want to see, as shown in the figure:

Search capability optimization

We have optimized the accuracy of search on the site, whether it is searching for articles, users or tags, the accuracy has been improved! The search bar is located in the upper right corner of the website page, try it now😍

Tips, you can enter @kuaisou specific users in the search box, or you can use the #kuaisou tag!
