Motion of No. 8 Chiba Doll Chain solicits opinions from clients

It was only two weeks ago that I finished talking about the Chiba doll motion, and the crowd danced.

Motion 7 has been explained earlier, but after reflecting on it, the decision seems a bit hasty. Coupled with the recent controversy over Juno Proposal #16, I have learned a lot from different validators. I was thinking, how can I make better decisions?

so! ! Before voting on Motion 8, I decided to tell everyone about it first!

Proposal 8 is a community fund request proposal, the content is to allocate funds to Passage3d to open the Chihuahua metaverse, mainly using Metahuahu NFT as a door roll.

The development team explained the proposal in detail, you can take a look .

personal idea:

The concept of the proposal is very good, it will be very interesting if HUAHUA can develop like this. At the same time, the team also has a clear development plan and a plan to sell HUAHUA. The community also hopes to develop the Huahuaverse. I also expect this plan to be successful.

However, the content of the proposal puts me off a bit:

1) One-off grant:
If the proposal is approved, the funds will be sent to a multi-signature wallet. My question is why a one-off grant is required. What if the tail ends? No one seems to be able to answer this.

2) Who manages the multi-signature wallet?
If the signers are all Passage3d people, multi-signature doesn't make much sense

3) If the project is successful, will Passage3d give back to the community?
Seems like they can't see their promise for a while.

The above three points are my main questions, and I have also raised them in Commonwealth and discord, and have not responded yet.

My next step is to ask Metahuahua and Passage3d directly, hoping to get a response.
