[Life Fragments]|About Mental Illness

Have you ever thought that everyone who gets sick is their own problem?
Just a personal opinion, any misconceptions welcome corrections.

A few days ago, a friend around him said that he saw a lot of heavy posts on the mood page of a certain social software due to fate, which was different from the mood version he originally imagined. However, because it is an anonymous posting, I only know whether the post is a student, gender, and no other special information other than the school department. As a student, he felt that there were so many people suffering from mental illness in places he didn't know about, but he felt that it was the same students, why these people felt special... fragile, is their heart not strong enough or? ? Otherwise, how could such an article be published?

At that moment, I felt a little sad and a little angry. Why is this society so unkind to these people? Even if I don’t have a deep understanding of these diseases, I will believe that the causes of the diseases are complicated and even impossible to determine. It may not be like a cold. Most of the symptoms can be cured by prescribing the right medicine. And it is not that they did not seek help. I believe that there are many cases who have worked hard and faced their own pain in the process of treatment, but they are still unable to escape the nightmare. How can you say that such people are not strong enough or fragile? Who wouldn't want to live in a happy family if they had the right to choose; a world where relatives and friends wouldn't blame themselves; a world where peers wouldn't bully others because of their differences? It's a pity that we are born as human beings, and we can't even choose our biological gender (we can decide the day after we are born.) How can we expect to choose the people we will meet in our lifetime? And even if it could be done one day, who could guarantee that it would be completely safe from harm?

"Those who want to die just go to die.", "I just posted this kind of article to discuss.", "It's all about talking."

There has never been a shortage of sour people in life. Even though I don’t know what the motives of the sender are, I don’t think it’s for the sake of getting these hurtful words. I thought that these words might not be the only light in their eyes. Trample, I still don't have a definite answer, maybe it's better not to care than to trample on their emotions.

Pain is incomparable.

I used to think that pain can't be compared with each other (don't know if it's wrong to think so?), but I think everyone experiences things differently, and even the same event can be different from person to person , so can pain really be compared? But people in society seem to have long been used to comparisons. From comparisons between children to salaries and positions as adults, we live in a society of comparisons, perhaps that's why everyone has to compare even pain. The reason, and then came to the conclusion that others are more fragile than yourself. But I prefer to believe that everyone in the world is unique. I don't need these comparisons to show my difference, or I don't need to compare with malice or show off. This will not make me any better.

To this day, some people still think that mental illness is shameful, not to be publicized. Putting aside the shame or not, isn't it your own will to show you the disease? Besides, what's the shame of being sick? Shame if you have a cold? The world is still very big, and there is too little to see in situ. Perhaps we should not limit ourselves to the world that we can see. If we believe that seeing is believing, then we should go to the outside world and explore the world with our own eyes and feet.
