In fact, if a company retains mostly high-quality talents, no matter what the current situation is, it can be imagined that the future will not be much worse. I always believe that when people are right, things are right; but if most decision-makers are mediocrity or people who don't do things, it is conceivable that under such a constitution, how can second- and third-class talents create first-class enterprises?

If you work in a company that suits you, if you meet a boss who understands you, you can learn and grow, and you will get better and better; on the contrary, if you stay in a company with incorrect three views, you will only wipe out your growth opportunities and make yourself better. more and more backward.
