To give an example of myself, in fact, in the beginning, every time I got sick, I used a threat response method. Negative voices will continue to appear in my heart, yelling at myself: Why is it happening again! Why is it me again! Not getting better at all! What's the use of taking so many medicines! I can't control it if it wants to relapse! I get angry with my body and take my anger out wherever I can think of it. But even if I lose my temper, the pain in my body will not go away. Every time I see a rash on my face, hands, and feet, it feels like my body is laughing at me. Even if they cry with all their might, they are still there.

After going through this process several times, I had an attack when I suddenly realized that it wasn't going to go on like this and that I had to deal with it in a different way. In fact, if you think about it carefully with a calm head, you will know that cursing like this is useless. But at the moment, I just can't calm down to do so, and after repeating the experience so many times, at that time, I decided to try to face the disease in a new way.

The new way has brought me incomparable peace and stability in my heart. I have never felt so peaceful when I was ill. Although the pain in my body still exists, I know that my heart is refreshed. I didn't know it was a challenge response at the time. I just decided to use it as a "Daguai Diary". Face it as if you were going through a barrier, and list items such as taking medicine, exercise, and spa treatment as your daily homework. When you are done, mark the items down, and then say to yourself, "I'm great." When I started doing this, all the negative emotions in the past disappeared in that voice of encouragement to myself.

The challenge response does exist. If everyone can know this way of coping with the disease, then when the body is unwell, at least they will have the confidence to know how to adjust their mentality, and will not continue to fall into a negative cycle, causing physical and mental pain. situation.
