Post-pandemic change hinders

In the post-epidemic era, it is understandable that the government wants to use the revitalization policy plan to remedy the impact of the industry, but what is more interesting is that this time it is not to exclude wealth, but to exclude e-commerce. The reason is that e-commerce has grown profitably because of the epidemic. This clearly means that the government's efforts to protect the business model cannot adapt to the environment and innovate to meet the customer's practice.

Of course, not every service industry and retail industry must embark on the path of e-commerce to call business model adjustment and innovation, but the internal and external impact of the epidemic is indeed an opportunity for corporate innovation and even change. If you can take advantage of the situation to change business operations to benefit customers or employees, why not?

An obvious example is a university. When the epidemic is at its most dangerous, the person in charge ordered colleges and universities across the country not to change the way of class without authorization, and had to report for approval before it could be implemented. It even required all students to write a log of epidemic prevention at home to prevent the epidemic. Make sure that there are actually home classes; teachers must also have video and video photos on file to prove that there is actually an online class. In order to prevent the epidemic, these measures are understandable. However, what I want to express is that sometimes we are used to protecting the rigid structure, but it will stifle the opportunity and potential energy of innovation.
