Wisdom, success, money, honor, power, status, degrees, etc. are all vanity under the sun, just like a "breath" or "a puff of fog" that disappears when you breathe out, Like dewdrops on a blade of grass, it disappears in an instant and has no eternal value. All the toil under the sun is nothing but a void of emptiness. Indeed, when we are busy and laborious in the world, we are often deceived by our limited senses, deceived by the lusts of our own flesh, thinking that we can find the meaning of life and inner satisfaction in the visible world. So some people pursue love, some people chase fame and fortune, some people chase power, and some people seek wisdom and degrees in the world... But no matter how hard people try, they will eventually find that all this is futile. Why? The answer is: the material world is temporary, and death at the end of man will make it all return to nothingness. The Bible tells us that the preacher said, vanity of vanity, vanity of vanity. Everything is vanity. For what profit is all the labor of a man, even his labor under the sun (Ecclesiastes 1:2-3) Therefore, these things have been heard, and the whole point is: Let us fear God and keep his commandments , this is the duty of man, because every thing man does, even all hidden things, whether good or evil, God will judge. (Ecclesiastes 12:13-14)
