Four arrows of human figure (2)

Affirmation, Circumstances, Perspectives, Motivations

🟧(1) Confirm the six types of digestion and absorption in the body (brain) (PHS)

🟨 (2) How to interact with the environment to live a life

🟩(3) Viewing perspective of the world

🟦 (4) The way the mind works (human graph psychology)

16 orientations of awareness to improve understanding of how the body works.

The transformation process, using your inner authority, can ensure that the body functions correctly.

1. Brain/Body - Before age 30, human beings implement PHS diet + use inner authority

2. 30-50 year olds are aware of the way they interact with the environment, in which environment does the body function better?

3. The third and fourth arrows are carried out at the same time. After the age of 50, how to interpret the world? with the next note? The mind develops external authority and fulfills its mission.

C2 : very selective or eliminated

Open ⇦ / Closed ⇨

Tone: Optional

• Selective, specific diet lists

• Seasonal cycles—simple and accessible foods

Left arrow: need to taste before deciding if you like it

Right arrow: Tone can be used to distinguish whether food is needed

Here we come to an evolution in which these bodies are very picky.

C2 has a precise food regimen. Menu content is repeated almost every day (some favorite foods). Menus can change, but do so very slowly. You might call this diet the "desert island diet" because of its lack of variety.

First, the elimination method, to remove everything they don't like from C2's menu. They have to forget everything their mind (or someone else) has told them is healthy or good for them. They have to take a close look at what they like to eat and start a very selective process. Once they find something they like, they have to stick with it until they find something they like more.

They should not eat any food that is not their favorite. Think of the horrific ordeal that babies suffer because they are usually forced to eat a variety of foods. All they might want every day is a small apple, but their nurturer feeds them macaroni, tri-colored beans, and other stuff (or mixed into porridge, and stuffed into their mouths all together again) and the baby spit it out , the breeder puts them back in their mouths.

Sandra thought about one thing, some of my parents would mix food in their own mouths and chew them up before feeding babies...I really get flustered. Also, I would like to ask parents who are raising C1 and C2 designs, what is the reaction of children to formula milk?

Cruelly, the nurturer will only love you and smile at you (even encourage you) when you're willing to eat something else. That's why -- even adults -- they have a hard time remembering that food choices are so important and natural. Now every time they eat the wrong food, they may associate a positive memory that the nurturer was happy and loved them, or whatever.

Conditioned so deeply, and more than that.

Their physical condition has deteriorated further due to eating the wrong food over the years, which makes it harder for them to see who they are.

The reason is not just that the body is in trouble, but that their current cognition is disordered because their brains have been receiving incorrect nutrition for a long time. They really don't think it's any good for them to be selective, and they have a hard time discerning what's good for them.

This system is also ancient and primitive. It doesn't have the capacity to handle a huge variety of different foods. It finds what it likes and must stick to it. For most people, including those with this system, when they first hear it, it's boring to eat the same thing all the time.

But that's the mind that gets bored, and usually these people know that too.

You can never ask your mind what it likes to eat, it's a question of the body. So once they start eating this way, they see how their body enjoys eating, and their thinking follows their body's response. Once they enter the experiment, the body's response will tell them.

The tone of these people is selective. And how they choose food is based on their inner cognition.

When it comes to eating and drinking (PHS), one of the three senses (Tone 1 - 3) acts as your guided cognition, which means your body likes to focus on food while eating. The other senses (4-6) do not like to focus on food. Meaning if you are a (Tone 4-6) person, don't stare at your food while eating.

The following brief description describes Tone 1 ⁓ Tone 6

Senses 1 - 3 focus on the outside for information.

For example, Tone 1 - 3 checks how something smells or looks. But Tone 4 - 6 focus on what's inside.

1 - 3 look at the appearance of the food in order to feel what is inside of you, 4 - 6 first visualize the inner mental state and then lead to the food in front of you, visualize this process, and then the body makes a decision based on that. It's a very different process. Senses 4 - 6 are relatively new and still developing systems, evolutionarily speaking, 1 - 3 are the standard senses that humans have long used to guide them.

The seven-centred Homo sapiens are primarily guided by external vision (Tone 3). These people are strategic, very (mentally) visual and logical creatures. Today the world still takes this feeling too seriously, and we need to know who we really are now. We are different from (7 centered races), all six senses have nothing to do with "mind": the conscious mind is not part of the decision-making process, it is the body that gives us results.

In vernacular words: Tone 1 ⁓ Tone 3 is on the left side of the human figure. From the figure, this big triangle represents intuition, logic and emotion. If you're a human figure veteran, I don't need to say more! These are a piece of cake for you, so I share the four arrows mainly for beginners to have a reference~

Active (external):

Sense 1 Smell (Intuition Center)

Senses 2 Taste (Intuition Center)

Senses 3 Outward Vision (Mind Center)

Passive (internal):

Senses 4 Vipassana (Mind Center)

Senses 5 Energy Sensing (Emotional Center)

Senses 6 Spiritual Touch (Emotional Center)

You may be wondering why there is no sound (hearing) in the senses listed above?

Because sound is part of all senses. Sounds can be an instinctive warning—think of the sounds you hear in a forest at night from a dangerous animal. But emotional feelings can also be touched by sound, such as when you listen to a moving piece of music. So sound carries information, and just thinking about words in a logical sense can make mental cognition interesting.

For example, if you are a T5 (energy feeling) person, you are more interested in how the emotions contained in the music will make you feel. And for people with T2 (taste), a taste and preference for a certain style has developed. And for T3 and T4 people, the music has to be mentally stimulating, they may want interesting lyrics, and two people can hear completely different things when they are listening to the same thing.

Interestingly, we can get a lot of unconscious messages through a person's voice, something like: We are in his aura (or energy field).

Well, I didn't want to talk about Tone today, otherwise the article is too long... I will share it later when I have the opportunity 😃

But I'm curious, if you are one of C2+T1~T3, let me ask with an open mind, maybe my individual thoughts will really bring some interesting ̷yong̷people̷self̷hara̷ views.

I would like to ask: Are you an appearance association when it comes to partner selection?

As I said last time, C1~C3 are the lower hexagrams, and the lower hexagrams are affected by the conditions of the ingredients, while C4~C6 come to the upper hexagrams: start to notice the external environment.

So I'm really curious, when picking ingredients (extending to objects), would you like to focus (picking) on what looks good?

Or like the cases I have collected, most of the T2 designs, this person's partner looks pretty good, which means that if your partner's design is T2, you should be handsome and beautiful~

I'm T2~ My Mr. Zhang was a handsome athlete when he was young!

#T2 is designed for casting !

People with this system would make a list of all their favorite foods and narrow it down to a few over time. Remember, what the mind thinks doesn't matter. Even narrowing down to coffee brands and apple varieties makes a difference. If they like the Aomori apples better than the five-claw apples, stop eating the five-claw. It can take a long time until they have refined their diet to the foods they want to eat almost every day, with little variation, maybe just seasonal.

That doesn't mean they have to eat the same food all their lives. They can change their diet gradually, very slowly. What is unhealthy for them is eating something different each day, or having a wide variety of foods.

For many people with this diet, it is best to eat foods that are simple to prepare or locally grown and produced. Those gourmet restaurants that serve complex dishes are not where C2 was designed to go.

What needs to be understood about selectivity is that one has to experience many things that are not right in order to find what is right. It will likely take a while to find a food that C2 actually wants to eat.

For example, they may eat some odd food every day that they think is something they want, only to discover after a month that they don't want to eat it at all. Or, if your child has such a digestive system, it doesn't mean that he likes a certain brand of applesauce, so he should eat this all the time.

In other words, that child needs multiple options. It is crucial for them to be able to go through the process of selection, especially in the early stages of their development.

Never force them to eat anything they don't like -- even if you think it's the healthiest, most nutritious food. When they want to try new things, they let you know. If they like it, don't stop them even if you don't think it's healthy. When they don't like it, they will naturally cut off.

Such babies will quickly tell you if they don't want to repeat the food they've eaten. But they will be willing to try, especially if they are the open type (left arrow), even if they eat food they don't like, you will find that they will still be open to trying, it's their scrutiny process.

People who belong to this open (left arrow) group of digestive systems are always open to trying new things.

That's how they find food worthy of constant repetition. It's important that they don't try too many things at once, lest they mess up their system.

On the other side, is the closed type (right arrow), which means a lot of resistance when trying new foods. For this design, it may take them a long time to try something new.

If they like something, let them stick with it. Don't stress. Will try new things when they are ready. They are extremely picky about what they might want to try. This is true for them. So that they can find something that is good for them. Don't blindly follow health trends.

When they go to a new place or go out with friends, there is always a danger that they will not be able to eat what they normally eat, or will be tempted by too many other options. If you can't get your favorite food while traveling, bring some. It's one of the pickiest of all diets. All other foods can have a large number of different varieties, as long as only one ingredient is eaten at a time.

But this type of person has to be very, very picky to find healthy food. There is a huge limit to what is good and nutritious for them.

People with this design should not eat whatever they want when they are hungry. It is better to eat nothing and wait until the opportunity to eat the food you really like.

When you are faced with a C2 right arrow baby, his natural tendency is to refuse food because he is not ready.
As for the C2 left arrow will be more open and easier to accept food, but at the same time, it will also spit out at the fastest speed.

We often say that this person radiates charisma from the inside out, which means that if you feed your mind and body according to the conditions set in your body, you will be on the right track to survive in the external conditions that suit you.

If you are the left arrow, if you eat the right food and treat your body correctly, your body shape should be solid, because we know that the left arrow body is a classic model, easy to operate and durable, and the ability to focus on survival will make you find a way to survive .

So movement is very helpful for the left arrow, the more you move, the clearer the mind.

There are still many people who say that if you want to move, you need to move, but basically this kind of expression to scare people with fear... is a relatively old usage, which of course has something to do with the speaker's own design.

There are too many levels in the human map. If you look at the four arrows, then look at the type, as well as the four batteries and the movement channel.

I'll have a chance to talk later~
