About the current situation

Time flies, and before I know it, I haven't posted a post for a month.

In late April, the old disease recurred, stomach pain and abdominal pain were unbearable, and the effect of taking special medicines was ineffective. Sometimes when the pain is too much, when the doubt has reached the end, I always look at the pursuit of life and regret it or not.

Long-term dependence on special medicines is not a good solution, and the doctor instructs them not to take them for too long. Women who take this medicine for a long time will suffer from osteoporosis. So I started taking Kampo medicine in May, and it gradually improved, the number of seizures decreased, and it was less painful to sweat and turn white before my eyes. But I still fall asleep when I feel pain. Maybe it's some kind of repair mechanism in the body, and I feel less pain and torture when I fall asleep.

When I'm in better health, I'll be doing Axi studio affairs, writing new song copywriting, filming MV, editing...all as scheduled, so friends who are looking forward to Ama's new song will be able to hear the new work soon!

On the weekends when she is in good condition, she will turn into a little cook in the family, let Xi's mother (mother) rest, and the cooking can also be used as a bento dish for Xi's (older brother).

In fact, they are all home-cooked dishes made by watching recipes, some are small failures, and some are not very authentic, just for daily sharing.


01. Japanese Mapo Tofu

Stomach is often uncomfortable recently, to avoid eating spicy food.

Therefore, I gave up the spicy taste and cooked an improved version of Japanese-style mapo tofu. The Japanese-style flavor based on bonito and mirin, combined with the familiar mapo tofu preparation method, completed this mapo tofu that children can eat with peace of mind. It's a combination of Chinese and Japanese dishes.

Seasoning base stock, sake, mirin, sugar, salt, soy sauce, bonito flakes.



02. Nagoya Chicken Wings

This dish was taught by a senior in Aichi Prefecture. The unique secret recipe is double-frying and seasoning by hand.

The most impressive thing is that the chicken wings performed by the seniors went straight into the mouth, and when they were taken out, there were only two V-shaped bones left.
