Reassurance Pills for Renting | Excited Electric Meter

About the experience of renting a house in Japan

Aki's first experience of renting a house was in Aichi, Japan, and the renting place was found by a human agency at that time, that is, a dispatch company. During the working period, the rent is fully borne by the company, and the water, electricity and gas expenses are priced according to the meter and deducted from the salary.

Since I was renting in Japan for the first time, I didn't know the local charging standards very well. Although I felt that the price was a bit high, it was still an acceptable range, so I didn't do more confirmation.

A few months later, the contract with the company expired, and the next job was delayed by a month for some reason. I originally planned to use this sudden one-month window to play around. After carefully calculating the expenses, and looking at all the entanglements on his body, he dismissed the idea. It's better to stay here for a month, just walk around and have a look around, after all, "moving" in Japan is very expensive.

So I negotiated with the dispatch company to extend my stay for a month. In order to avoid disputes, I inquired in detail about the " all " costs of the one-month extension, and agreed to deduct it from the salary I never received in advance.

Before I was ready to move to the next location, I had a dinner with my Japanese colleagues. During the chat, I found that my utility bill was close to the cost of their family. My colleagues thought it was unreasonable and worried whether I would be sent by the company to cheat me.

When I got home, I was looking at the electric meter seriously outside the door. There was no one in the house, the lights and air conditioners were all turned off, and the electric meter outside kept jumping, which was abnormally fast compared to the electric meter next door . Although it was found that something was wrong, even if it is reflected now, it is impossible to return the water and electricity bills for the past few months, and the rent for an additional month has also been withheld. At that time, I thought so in my heart, but I did n't know that it was a big mistake that caused subsequent troubles.

Two months later , I suddenly received an E-mail from the dispatch company in Aichi, asking me for one month's water, electricity, gas fee + TV fee (only TVB) .

The moment is really full of question marks, and the fee is clearly agreed and paid, so how can there be such a sudden expense? Besides, I never paid any TV bills .

I showed him a screenshot of the conversation record from LINE, which had agreed on the renewal fee, to prove that the amount he promised to withhold was " all " fees, but the other party insisted that " all " does not include these.

After several back-and-forth communications, the Japanese dispatch company knew that I needed a source ticket (similar to Taiwan's withholding voucher), and used it as a bargaining chip to ask me to pay the extra fee he listed.

It is the responsibility of the company to deliver the employee source bills, so at first I insisted not to pay this fee, and asked to send the bills of water, electricity and gas fees as proof.

I discussed the matter with my Japanese colleagues, who also felt that something was wrong and asked me not to pay.

After a period of time, I was about to move to another location with less traffic. The fatigue of dealing with the inconvenience of the next location. After discussing with my family, I felt that maybe it was the communication barrier caused by my lack of Japanese, and it was definitely not the other party. I deliberately wanted to make money, so I decided to spend money to eliminate disasters, and paid tens of thousands of yen in exchange for my precious source ticket, which was regarded as an experience.

After this experience, I have learned to list the items in detail when communicating , avoid using less clear words such as "all" and "all", and report the situation immediately. If you do, maybe the bills you will have to pay later will not be so staggering.
