The habit of "caring" has become my old habit.

Are you also like me, every time you do a challenge that you have never done before, you will feel scared the moment you complete it.

What are you afraid of? Afraid of criticism from others. But, it's no big deal, it's just an opportunity to improve. Right! What are you afraid of? I often ask myself this question.

In fact, normal people hate being criticized and ridiculed. However, sometimes these will become one of the nutrients in your growth. So whenever I start something new, I start trying to imagine that the outcome will be good, that people will praise me, that I will fall through the glasses of those people. I can't be limited, I always care about other people's opinions, and I will try my best to do my best.

However, recently I discovered that the things I really care about are really small, so small that I find them ridiculous.

Modern social software is very widespread in our lives, and we may feel concerned about the people we know, whether they are classmates, colleagues, or friends, even if we are not familiar with them. The point of concern may be why he doesn't follow me, why he doesn't like me, why his po's article didn't tag me, it's just such a sesame-sized matter.

However, when I think about it, I feel that everyone has their own choices, and he may have his own ideas. You can't kidnap the morals of others.

That's why I think the bad habit of "care about" really has to be thought through in order to get a psychological antidote. I hope that facing anything open-minded will really become my habit.

This is my first post in Matt City, hopefully I can find something unexpected here.
