Traceability Series II - Termination of Terroir and Reality Related Terms in North and South Continents - Bayam

<Cities - Five Seas>

Speaking of which, I suddenly found that I didn't seem to have written the prototype of Bayam, which I personally believe to be "the city of generosity". It was mainly related to the fact that I hadn't returned to LFT's daily nonsense series in the third installment, eh.

Basically there are two possible prototypes of Bayam, Baia, which is now located in Germany, and Baiae, which is located in Italy.

But after adding the elements of generosity, pirates, and red theater, the prototype clearly points to Baiae.

Baiae was a famous city of pleasure in ancient Rome. It is no exaggeration to say that it was Las Vegas in that era.

Julius Caesar built his villa there, and most of the town's land became royal property under Augustus. Nero once built a luxurious villa in the middle of the 1st century. Baiae in the Roman Empire was synonymous with luxury and pleasure. Baiae in red theaters, bars, and resorts was not lacking at all. The alias "vortex of luxury" and "Harbour of vice"

"where girls went to play at being girls, old women as girls and some men as girls according to a first century BC wag"

This sentence is inconvenient for me to translate here, but the original sentence shows how...arbitrary the city is. (

But such a city gradually declined due to the invasion of Saracens in the 8th century, Baiae was abandoned, the water level in the area gradually rose due to volcanic activity, and finally Baiae sank to the bottom of the sea and was discovered in the 20th century, alias "Be Submerged Pompeii".

Basically, if you compare it carefully, you can find that Baiae is very similar to Bayam, and it becomes more and more similar as the plot develops.

As far as this prototype is concerned, I think Bayam may end up being killed by a natural disaster again, I guess.

But it may be that even if Alger becomes a "natural disaster", it cannot be stopped.
