personal stock market study

The so-called buying and selling of stocks is to buy low and sell high, and the selling price is higher than the cost to make a profit.

There are only three kinds of stock price changes: up, down, and unchanged, just like the three in mathematics, but considering the handling fee and the securities tax, if the stock price does not rise or does not rise enough to sell, it will lose money.

Share my situation below.

I consider myself to be very slow to react. If unexpected situations occur, it is easy to be unable to think normally. If I don’t react in time or make hasty decisions, the results will not be very good.

So my way of coping is to think about as many future developments as possible in advance, good and bad, and think about what decisions to make when they actually happen, how to convince myself to stick with it or give up.

For example: After selling some stocks on rallies, what preparations should be made?

Continued upswing: Consider whether to sell some more

Turning to the downside: Consider buying back at the right price

If you think about it further, what should you do if it continues to rise after you sell it? What should I do if it continues to fall after I buy it back? These have to be thought of in advance.

Thinking about these things in advance does not guarantee that you will make money or not lose money, but you can make your thinking continue to improve. Even if you make a wrong decision on impulse, you must reflect on how to avoid it afterwards.

Another advantage is that the actions after thinking about it can convince yourself, so it is not too easy to be led to make wrong decisions. But then again, how to remedy/deal with the wind is also part of the consideration.

The above is just my own experience. Rather than the operation method, it is an introduction to my learning method in the stock market. At present, I have not achieved any success worthy of mention. At best, it is just an unfinished experience.
