The horror lover in the lab

(edited)

Reading a few horror lover stories recently reminded me that my students also met a horror lover a long time ago; no, they were never a couple, just a man's unrequited love.

At that time, most of the graduate students left their hometowns to study abroad, and most of them rented houses near the school. Everyone stayed in the research room to write homework and catch up with reports, and made an appointment to have dinner and watch a movie after class. Sharing weal and woe, love for a long time, and finally in pairs, there are many who get married and have children after graduation.

My instructor is tall, fair-skinned, gentle and considerate, and has an outstanding temperament. Anyone who sees it will like it. I also noticed that a male classmate was very attentive to her, often waiting for her after class, asking her to have dinner or taking her for a ride.

This male classmate is handsome, good-natured, and caring for her. From the outsiders' point of view, the talent and appearance of a man and a woman are quite matched. But Luo Hua was intentional, and Liu Shui was ruthless. My students had no affection for him, and often declined his kindness.

She thought that after graduating, she would be able to get rid of his pursuit, but he did not give up, and intensified, frequently writing emails and calling the agency she served to harass her, so she had to ask colleagues to filter the calls before answering.

She once received a terrifying email that contained only a picture file, a full-body photo of her but no head. After I received this letter, I was very worried and immediately contacted his advisor, hoping that he could enlighten him. His instructor frequently said that it was impossible, he was definitely not such a person, I had to forward my email to him, and he knew the seriousness of the situation.

In addition, he repeatedly ran to her house to ring the bell and splash red paint. Her family was very disturbed, but there was nothing they could do. She was working in another place, so she didn't dare to go home. If she wanted to go home, she had to ask her father and brother to pick her up at the station.

After a short period of time, the male classmate finally gave up. My student, on the other hand, was always afraid that he would act against her or her family, and it took years for her to come out of the shadows and start making friends.

How did this matter end? It is said that the family of the female classmate found Mindai, and Mindai found his eldest brother to warn him, and he never appeared again. I'm glad in my heart that he finally stopped and didn't do anything more unwise and wrong.

Because of this, I began to pay attention to the relationship and emotions of the students, and also reminded them to pay attention to the proportions of getting along, so as to avoid misunderstandings, which would damage the friendship between the two parties or cause unnecessary troubles.

These stories of ons and offs, these love-hate relationships, grow and fall in the research room every year. As a teacher, I can only silently bless them, hoping that they will learn from it and grow up, so that they will not meet or become terrifying lovers.
