Turumoan is an admiration of the Spaniards for Hualien in the stories circulating, describing how the Rift Valley Plain is rich in alluvial gold, and the appearance of the golden stones shining brightly. Today in Hualien Port, the name is a whale watching boat and a sailing boat. It is the golden sunshine on the sea in the morning, and it is also a wish to watch the endless natural treasures of the east coast of Taiwan. Doroman, born in the Rift Valley, took the boat as the road to the open ocean, conveying a profound feeling and respect for the natural environment.

It is an agreement with Hai at the beginning of Taiwan's whale watching activities. In June 1998, Doroman's first whale watching boat was launched in Hualien Port. With the company of marine literature writer Liao Hongji and partners of the Kuroshio Ocean Culture and Education Foundation, it created a tourism industry and a non-profit organization ( The legend of NGO) cooperation, which has been operating all the way to this day.

For 20 years, Doroman Whale Watching has carried friends from all over the world, engaged in marine tourism, and passed on marine knowledge. Through cooperation with Kuroshio companions, he has continued to assist cetacean records, marine education and scientific investigations. Here, the whale watching boat is both a school on the sea and an open research room. We want to accompany more people to meet the sea during travel, so as to understand and care for the sea; it is the longest and most beautiful road on this planet whose natural environment has suffered many damages and tests.

In the new era, Doroman is committed to exploring various new paths: whether it is a flight from Qingshui Cliffs to watch the sunrise at sea, or a night cruise that crosses the moon sea and counts the stars in the sky, or even becomes an ecological player on land such as "Wild Hope".
